Kings's cliff

A cozy stay in the mountains

Parismita Nath

Kings cliff is located on a hill and its very scenic. It’s not far from the city yet located on hill top making the location very beautiful. The ambiance of the Kings's cliff is very beautiful surrounded with trees and flowers. Very well maintained. Yes it an old bungalow but maintained very well. We stayed in Garden view room, which is old room renovated sitting and bathroom. It was spacious and neat and clean. There are other types of rooms available. New constructed rooms are also there but the view won't be same as Garden view. Food was yummy at Earls cliff restaurant. Breakfast was not a very big spread but was good. They also provide high tea. Room service could have been better. Dining service was good. We loved the place and very beautiful with well maintained gardens and flowers trees.

The room was spacious and the balcony had a good view. The staff were very courteous. My parents liked the options available at the breakfast buffet. Need more options on the menu for evening snack time. Also could add some sandwich or burger options on the menu. The signature rooms pictures needs to be updated on the websites as the picture makes the room looks small, where as the room was very spacious.

Everything was amazing except dinner which was somewhat expensive. Ambience of the resort was excellent. Breakfast in glass house made it more enjoyable that we wanted to spend more time here.

A great stay at Kings Cliff
