Maintenance is not at all good

We were not aware of the facilities, my in-laws with 4 kids stayed in sheet roof with no proper toilet locks. Another family stayed in a seperate room with newly painted smell stinking, some how we managed the staff was kind enough to provide us blankets for Van driver and in getting hot water.

The view was very good. Doors had gaps and were able to hear sound from outside more..water Heater wasn't working. so was disturbed

Bad mannered care taker, dirty rooms bad bath rooms, nude potrait in rooms. No electric kettle, geyser was dis-functional

The basic things like water, tea is also chargeable. Improper drainage system from wash basin, so what we spit spreads in the bathroom, latrin. No good hospitality. For 3 people, they provided 2 towels only. No tv, fan, weak flow of basin pipe & toilet pipe water etc. Only good thing bed & room was ok

Room was quite small and basic amenities was not there. They didn't provide soap or shampoo, no towel. No restaurant or food was available except zomato or swiggy. Minimum delivery time they were taken almost 1. 5 hr.

Horrible accommodation. This is not for family. This is ok for bachelors with low budget. But this cost us more. We paid around 25k for 2 days and we had horrible experience. The toilet seat was broken. There are no fans the blanket that we got was holes due to cigarette burnt. There is cigarette smell all around the rooms i would not recommend this to anyone

I had an excellent stay. It was a clean and hygienic room and toilet. The owner and caretaker are friendly and supportive.

Undoubtedly worst hotel. The rooms are small, dirty and stinky. Unprofessional hotel staff. Really had a worst experience.

No tv facility and kettle in my room. In a deluxe room must there have a tv and wifi they never provide wifi facility. Poor treatment no customer friendly. Thats all. Tv is not working.

The rooms look like store rooms. No proper door locks. Unhygienic, and old building is converted into a stay. Not worth the price.

Total money waste boss please book some good resorts to stay since no hot water and nothing looks pleasant to stay

Awesome location. The entrance road can be improved. Our room view made the overall trip worth the money.

Rooms and toilets are very poor condition, no restaurant at there, there is no outside lighting, it is a dark horrible place, very difficult to park vehicles, no paving tiles out side, no lights, staff are non cooperative

Good bed side view mrng… wifi,hot water ,cushion beds queen size,acess to swiggy and zomato..location reachable by car or taxi …

People are arrogant. Rooms are dirty, caretakers will be drunk. Alcohol bottles will be lying everywhere. Spend 2k more and get a good place.

Who is the guy working and maintaining this property, he will definitely spoil your tour mood! reasons: 1. Ti-tel says home stay, there no single plate in that home stay to serve food! 2. No service and guidance for travellers. 3. That care taker had rude behaviour. 4. That guy leaved nasty smell shoes in front of our room! 5. No cleaning nothing, we pay we clean our room! finally it's a worst experience in that guy behaviour and no neatness, badamell in rooms, i don't sujjest!

The place is decent with a friendly and helpful manager. Though fans not provided, heater which is a must in ooty is available.
