Eden paradise hotel was very good and hygiene and all staff are very helpful and honest am happy to stay in Eden paradise hotel

The staff is amazing and very helpful. I took a room with a balcony and breakfast. Definitely recommended for a good budget stay.

location is not so great, although it's centrally located but there are absolutely zero view from the stay. It's like stay in a crowded township where travellers will not get the feel of relaxing and it's a noisy place with many vehicles passed by. Parking is not good, we had to struggle for parking. Room size and cleanliness is okay for a solo traveller but not the same with the family.

The abode is a decent stay and helpful host for budget travellers and center of the Ooty!

Location is very near to restaurants, medical shops, bustop and autos. Food was excellent and staff was polite. I would recommend this for everyone on this price.

My 3 day stay at this property felt like homestay away from home.Though r stay in the room was mostly confined to nights,we did enjoy our stay. The staff were cooperative cordial and friendly.

Not very great.. little congested. But manager behaviour is very good. Very good staff.

The rooms were good and clean. Nice bathroom. We got hot water also. But the rooms are not sound proof. We were awakened by the reception and other rooms noise

The location was spacious. The facilities were good. The host were very helpful

Paid double the amount for stay for booking almost 50 days earlier. expected an electric kettle, softer bed nr room.

It only having a very basic level home stay

Average hotel: pros: room is large neat and clean cons: no house keeping - not cleaning the room after the onboard no default toiletries - if we ask to them then we will get and for only one time. For water heater - we have to request them to turn on the main switch wifi password not shared rooms are not sound proof, we will hear the outside noises clearly in room and they can hear what we are discussing in room. This is pathetic and disgusting. Breakfast - i have opted for breakfast while booking the room but they will provide only 2 idly and one plain dosa, for the rest of the menu we have to pay separately.

I had an amazing experience! The hospitality was top-notch, but one suggestion I have is to bring your own towel and soap, as they're not provided. However, the breathtaking view from the balcony made up for it. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied! and delicious food too

The stay was pleasant, there was car parking arranged by the staff. But the geyser needs to be a bigger one. The staff was supportive in changing the bed spreads when asked. Overall a 4 rating on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest.

I had a very good experience. the home stay is very very clean and has beautiful rooms with a balcony view. the owner of the home stay is so helpful and a nice person. the breakfast was so tasty and the Teres is so beautiful with birds fish beautiful plants etc. If I go again to Ooty I would like to stay there again.

Good stay. Rooms are basic but very neat and clean. It justify the price. Room service was not available. Complementary breakfast was also very good.
