Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff was polite and always ready to help. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant experience.👍

Staying in this property for the second time. Overall a great experience. Pros - Walkable distance from Garden and other shopping places. Have premium as well as less expensive restaurants around, with Swiggy delivering at the door step of the hotel. The morning view from the terrace is good. Room service is appreciable. Reception madam and others are always helpful. Hotel has ample parking space. Areas of Improvement - Can place shower gel instead of soaps. Water pressure in the restroom is slow.

The location of the hotel is good. However, it lacks the basic hygiene of the room, stained linens, dirty, stinky, and slippery bathrooms… This property is in the city center and has ample car parking. However, the rooms lack basic hygiene, dirty bathrooms, improper ventilation. I don’t recommend this property for family, especially if you have kids, please don’t book this hotel.

This hotel is one of the best budget friendly hotels in the heart of ooty city. Pros: 1. Right at the center of ooty city. Walkable distance to the commercial market, botanical garden, rose garden and many near by restaurants 2. The hotel has dedicated pure veg (left side) and non-veg restaurants (right side) 3. The ground floor has shops that sell spices and oils, so you don't need to roam around to find them 4. Staff at the hotel is very friendly, i asked for a specific room (yes, am a repeated customer here) and they did everything in their capacity to allot that room to me (who else does that) 5. Hotel has an amazing parking, you may part more than 30 cars in their parking space 6. Rooms are very clear and tidy 7. Oh there is a petrol pump right next to the hotel, you can fill fuel before you start exploring ooty 8. Overall, everything is nearby, you can blindly book this hotel for family, couples, friends and solo. Cons: nothing, i personally didnt have any issues.

Hotel had single bed additional bed was broken, services are poor. Kept waiting for booking despite 2 hrs passed checkin time

The rooms are old and creaky, our bed was broken. We had booked 2 rooms for 3 guests each and even with pure information they were unwilling to give an extra bed. The moment we arrived we were stuck in the lift for a good 15 min with barely any urgency shown by the staff. Overall the service is horrible and given a chance will never recommend anyone

The hotel location is good, near to city center. Service is average. We booked for 2 nights and 3 days. Hot water for bath was not available for one day. Hotel provides no complimentary breakfast.

Hotel has enough space for parking and other facility. Room was with enough amenities. But restaurant is separate, poor service for restaurant.

Room was clean n the service was good as well with little turn around time, give a call of your requirement and they will get back to you at the earliest
