The property was really good and comfortable. Ideal for people travelling as groups. The bathroom doors had slight issues, otherwise overall very good stay. The caretaker was also very friendly

Needs to change the curtain in order to avoid the sun light in the early morning and chilly morning. Kids are not able to sleep due to this.

familyIt is a single bedroom with attached wash room. It would difficult to park our vehicle if we come by big vehicle. Room doesn't have proper bed and oven etc

Rooms were spacious but not up to the mark. There was not a single ceiling fan in entire apartment neither there was an exhaust fan in bathroom. Only 1 single towel provided in each bathroom however upon asking for an extra towel it was denied stating they provide only 1 towel. Geysers were major disappointment in all 3 bathrooms, as every morning we had to call room service to check for as it could only provide hardly one bucket of hot water. It was really disappointing as we had one kid 7yr old and 1 infant and bathing them was an absolute task. WiFi connection was poor. Room service was quick and prompt.

Hello sir , Thankyou for staying with us. Please let me inform you that the property and rooms are exactly what’s shown in the pictures and description. It is a homestay not a hotel. Since the water is exceptionally cold the geysers take atleast 20 mins to heat up the water. All the information is provided during the whatsapp messages before arrival. Sir, you might be ignorant of the fact that Ooty is a hill station and the temperature doesn’t go above 25 degrees throughout the year hence you will not find a single ceiling fan anywhere in the entirety of Ooty town. Extra towels and blankets are provided , I am not sure why it was not given and I will personally look into it . Please let me inform you that we thrive on providing the cleanest best rooms at the most affordable price and we take pride in our guests happiness. Thankyou for choosing to stay with us , I hope we meet again.

Property is good with basic amenities. Kitchen was not accessible so i won’t recommend this for family with children. Otherwise restaurants are nearby available trough swiggy and zomato.
