The view from the room is serene. Located near the ooty lake. Rooms are superb and spacious. There were no mosquitoes and insects. Mr babu takes care of all the requirements.

familyThe stay is not proportional to the price. It projects as a great property but is a very okayish stay. Bathroom is not very clean. They don't have adequate staff to manage the property properly.

Madam, we don’t allow customers to cook inside and cooking stove becomes very unsafe, when we have different customers, that’s why we have provided electric stove only for kids purpose,anyways your suggestion is taken, thank you.

My stay at hailstone homestay in ooty was excellent. The accommodations were comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the surroundings were breathtaking. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting ooty.

familyNo in house breakfast but general food can be bought. S weeny zomato is available. Request traveller to carry mosquito mat, hit spray, as forst night we could not sleep at all. Picture perfect villa but strange construction. Advive to put net / mesh window on every french window, so that tenant will not suffocate when all beautiful windows closed, and keep the bugs out and enjoy the chill of ooty without fan. care taker babu was really helpful. Staff need to know the basics to knock the door, before entering. Room and surroundings was great and maintained well.

Sir, we are very sorry about your experience, it’s very new for us hearing about mosquitoes in Ooty, we will definitely look for it and only if it’s raining you might get this bugs. apart from season time keeping cook becomes very expensive for the breakfast and many people don’t prefer it as well, anyways your suggestion is taken and we will definitely try to fix this, thank you.

coupleIt was a good overall experience and the caretaker was very helpful. Neat and tidy rooms with good mountain view. Lack of kitchen was the only bummer but swiggy zomato worked. Addition of a kitchen would move this to top tier.
