Staff was helpful and arranged auto for sightseeing. View was good from the room. Room was very good.

Mr. Babu who’s the host, was really kind and very helpful. His gesture of hospitality is really appreciated. Stay is good.

The view from the room is serene. Located near the ooty lake. Rooms are superb and spacious. There were no mosquitoes and insects. Mr babu takes care of all the requirements.

The stay is not proportional to the price. It projects as a great property but is a very okayish stay. Bathroom is not very clean. They don't have adequate staff to manage the property properly.

Clean and good rooms, location is isolated but great view front and back. Near boating area. Staff is helpful. Overall good experience. One downside there is no decent hotel nearby.

Cooking stove was missing. Even though utensils are there. It would have been excellent if there was a way to cook.

My stay at hailstone homestay in ooty was excellent. The accommodations were comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the surroundings were breathtaking. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting ooty.

No in house breakfast but general food can be bought. S weeny zomato is available. Request traveller to carry mosquito mat, hit spray, as forst night we could not sleep at all. Picture perfect villa but strange construction. Advive to put net / mesh window on every french window, so that tenant will not suffocate when all beautiful windows closed, and keep the bugs out and enjoy the chill of ooty without fan. care taker babu was really helpful. Staff need to know the basics to knock the door, before entering. Room and surroundings was great and maintained well.

Clean and calm place, very comfortable to stay as a family. Online food ordering via zomato was one of the best thing.

It was a good overall experience and the caretaker was very helpful. Neat and tidy rooms with good mountain view. Lack of kitchen was the only bummer but swiggy zomato worked. Addition of a kitchen would move this to top tier.
