Review Of A2B Residency Ooty

The location of the property is right in the centre which makes it a good option for those who want to explore Ooty on foot. It has A2B restaurant right downstairs which has amazing food. The room itself is a bit compact, but decent enough for the night as you would mostly spend your day out exploring Ooty!

property is located in prime location with clean rooms ; however the reception person shows his attitude and we had a worst experience with him.

Extremely happy. Me and my family stayed in we arrived earlier than check in time with small kid the staff understands our problem helped us. Provided great service and arranged the room early.

- Congested parking - ⁠surroundings dirty - ⁠rooms not well maintained - ⁠rooms were smelly - ⁠food though tasty, there was too much delay in service Over all the property, rooms and restaurant, were not clean. Only advantage was the nearness to the tourist attractions.

Stayed in gold room. The receptionist did the great job. Took little time to get the room since the checkout time is 12pm. Served us coffee for our waiting. Room was spacious with a small balcony. Table fan was provided in the room which I have not seen anywhere. No hot water after 10pm and available from early morning. Booked using MMT so didnt get breakfast. But restaurant available a floor below. Excellent service. They gave a 5liter RO water in a bottle as free. You can get a 5 liter bottle for charge basis also.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at A2B residency, ooty The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect. The receptionist Mr.Ruban Kingsley, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. He made check-in smooth and his warm attitude truly made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely stay here again!

I had taken lowest category room which was extreme small so upgraded to gold room by giving extra cash. location is amazing food is amazing. everything is nearby. According to tarrif it's perfect.

Restaurant is not tidy. It's too clumsy. Stay is okay but not that great. It's not worth the money. We booked room for 1 day planning to check in in the morning and leave by 12:00. Planned to stay for almost 4 hours. But the person in reception charge extra 500 rupees because we vacated room late by around 01:00. They have switched off power at 12:00 as well. There are so many good stay around A2B. A2B is over priced ..

Rooms were not so good, in room service bills are not charged to room bill instead had to pay directly in room, not so great experience

Hotel was on prime location near to all tourists places, service was good. we had went to have food A2B Hotel service was not good nobody came to table to take order we waited there for more than 20mins atlast we took self service they should improve in hotel service. and cost is too high for all foods

good clean and neat spacious rooms restaurant within the premises is an excellent option. my family had very good stay

There is no ac and fans in the room. but cooler was available. Extra bed was provided without any addl charge

Though there is complimentary food on the site hotel refused to give complementary breakfast. However food was not that great. Felt price is too high for the facilities provided.

Food is really expensive comparing the A2B in other location.
