The blanket should be cleaner. Stay is at main it's a good thing. Geysar is not fitted in all the rooms. So this centralized system is not providing sufficient hot water that also very limited time.

Average Stay
The property is located in the town center with road access. Rooms are average and old with good washrooms. Beds and linen are not clean. No basic amenities like towels, brush toothpaste will be provided. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.

Terrible Stay
Found a vicks balm in the bedside cupboard, digusting. No hot water coming even after repeated requests, no phone inside the room to contact the reception, had to go to the ground floor everytime we needed to ask something. I had to prove that I am married by showing them my wedding picture then only they would do our check in, and the straightaway asked to do that. Foul smell throughout the property. Think before you book a room in this hotel.

Poor Stay
We have faced so much trouble with amenities provided like hot water( not available and almost every time we have bathed with very much cool water in too much cold conditions, bathroom taps have issues, kettle boiling switch issues, internal telecom does not work, because of this for every needful we had gone to reception and requested to address the issue. The room is not cleaned properly, even while checking out the room before 1 hr, we have requested to run the hot water but that request is also not fulfilled. It was a very bad service and experience at this hotel.

Hotel all staff are good person but tea bag not available water also not inside the room blacket is very poor not clean one of my wrist hotel i ever seen

No basic toiletries
The room was ok, but no basic toiletries provided, no tea bags. Bring your own if you are planning to stay. And manager was like maalik ne mana ki hai for everything you ask for. Towels condition was really bad.

Excellent Stay
Let me be very honest. It is the peak season now at ooty. Hotel is at a great location, i would say heart of city. You have good car parking, but you need to hand over the key in reception and they ensure they park your car safe and available when required. 5/5. Rooms are big infact very big and clean. Near rest room with bath tub. 5/5. Location 5/5. Now service, am very unhappy with service may be they don't have enough staff. Everything is delayed or not available. No toiletries. I got 2 small soap when asked. No brush or shaving kit. So ensure you carry it. I really feel they should have a fan as ooty is not that cold anymore as you might think. I had to struggle to get some plates spoons and even hot water in bathrooms. So service i would give 2/5. But otherwise it's all good. If you are looking for a great location with neat and clean room along with safe car parking close your eyes and go for it

Worth for the money - peak times
Affordable stay compared to other hotels in peak times. It was good. The room was so big. When comes to food, they provide dinner only(we need to pay for food. We ordered chicken lollypop, chicken 65, chicken fried rice and milk, after 45 min they said lollypop & chicken65 not available, they suggested take other menu options, i take only fried rice and butter milk. For room & food 4 out of 5. To management please take food order for available item's only, or else inform the un available items immediately, for me you take 45 min time to inform. And room boys not willing to help in out side food delivery.

Poor Stay
Room and toilet was fancy and spacious. But stay was just average. Delayed check in. Dirty bed, linen and blanket. Broken chair and table. No room heater available. Freezing cold water in the bathroom although staff mentioned about hot water availability in the toilet from 7pm to 11pm and 7 am to 11 am. Toiletries supplied only on request. Stay not worth the payment. Restaurant was closed and room service was not available.

Good but ol
Affordable stay compared to other hotels. It was good. The room was so big and all the objects seen in the pics are there. The bed is exactly looking like the image. But the problem is the hotel urgently requires a renovation. Which means the age of the hotel is evident in the room, floor and also in bathroom. The stay was royal in 30 years ago

Had a good experience.
Rooms are really good, staff are supportive, though the restaurant food is not as expected. Overall it's a good place to stay in ooty.

Hotel seen better days - many years ago
coupleThis hotel needs significant investment. No doubt it was quite nice 35 years ago, but years of neglect has left it in a very poor condition. It has got so bad that there is no will from the management and staff to fix the very basic things that don't work, such as toilet, leaking taps and no hot water. This review is coming from a british adventure traveller who is used to staying in some very basic places. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

In the night there's a guy who's manager i think he's there only in the nights. On the day i have arrived since there are lot of people i got to be late to room at 11. 50 he locked yge hotels door and he's like sleeping and when i'm calling he's like who and what he's not coming to the door and after a while he came with an akward face and i casually asked him does this hotel closes door and he's like toh kya 12 baj rhe he was like this is not some r*di khana you want whenever to come. Man i didn't like him from the first talk. Please change him that is the only flaw even the owner is soo humble man. It's a serious issue for me or anyone who's checkin into the hotel. He's rude man
