Such a beautiful mountain view from the balcony 🥰and their staff service and overall their hospitality is very good👍Room also nice which is included with tv.This is a best choice for family and their food also tastes good👍

hotel room and location is awesome. Food is not upto the mark as minimal options available. wifi is also an issue.

Pathetic dirty bedsheets changed later, no room cleaning or service, only people are good. Waste of a service

*Property* - Good, It can be decorated from outside to look attractive. Being a middle class, when you're paying 10k per day to stay at a hotel, first impressions - including the hotel itself and the surrounding 250 MTRS really matter. Unfortunately that was missing and my family especially did not like it. *Food* - Awesome. *Location* - Okay - little awkward, in 300 MTRS stretch road is looks like a jungle and feels unsafe for outsiders and the road is muddy. *Facilities* - Hotel staffs are very cooperative, Hotel room is good, nice balcony for outside view, bathroom is worst (there is water stagnation in the bathroom).

Hotel room was neat and clean and staff was attentive but hot water gyzer was heating very small quantity water at a time that need to be replaced with boiler .gallery view was awesome 🙌,food was good .they need to add chicken and eggs in breakfast overall experience was 👍

The property has a good peaceful view of mountains and the city. Food is good. Nearby to the highest peak doddabetta and tea factory and chocolate factory and museum. Over all liked the stay.

The stay in hotel ultimate was good in terms of location and view of ooty town. Located 3 kms away from ooty town give it advantage of beautiful view of mountain and valley. Many tourists places are at walking distance from hotel.

The hotel has big spacious rooms with balcony which gives nice panoramic view of city. They provide a good breakfast and dinner. We found the overall hospitality and support from managers and staff. This place is also near to doddabeta peak and tea factory.

The deluxe room with balcony view was neat and comfortable. We had a nice view of the mountains, sunset and sunsrise from the room. Room service was prompt. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Food was tasty and gut friendly. Overall, had an ultimate experience at hotel ultimate.

Our stay at hotel ultimate was awesome. The food was delicious and staffs are fully supportive. They are soft spoken and helpful. I loved the place, it’s not far from the city centre and feels like staying close to nature.
