Stay was comfortable, Rooms were neat and staff was very humble and sweet

Service I don't like Hotel atmosphere ok Rooms ok

We got the room at higher prices as compared normally, the breakfast was not good. the staff was good and helpful.

Over priced stay. Good and decent stays are available elsewhere withi the city limits needs to improve catering services and other facilities.

Hotel was missing basis amenities like telephone, hotwater in wash basin. Insects in room. U need to go to other property for breakfast. Untidy rooms

The hotel is excellent, they have car parking. Supportive staff and receptionist. One major drawback is that the road to the hotel is very narrow, one big car like innova or tourist bus enters and you don't have enough space left on the road. One part of the road leading to the hotel will have a huge slope, you need a lot of power to drag the car in one go if you are going against the slope. But after-all most of the ooty roads (except the main road) are narrow and steep roads. If you are on a bike, you can easily access the hotel. Please improve the road if possible that leads to this hotel is all i can say, rest everything is good

Hot water is available only for bath very painful for other activities. Cleaning can be improved in various aspects. Staff are polite and helpful

This resort has not even having basic facilities like phone, intercom hot water service lan. No kitchen, you have to order from outside through zomato or swiggy. This particular area does not have proper network also. We had a terrible experience at night as these guys never responded to calls. Terrible experience please stay away from these

Good and nice receptionist supporting lot but getting to this place is hard since two deep slopes are there if you are well in driving then no issues

Hotel rooms were clean& spacious. But seems that there is shortage of staffs&we didn't get welcome drink even after one hour!heater is not attached to the bathroom basin. Better to provide a bigger blanket. Hotel front

As i am first time visiting ooty, i had lot of expectations. But the accommodation i booked doesn't look the same. There was no valley view through window. I checked with accommodation manager he was kind enough to show a room in floor 1. But there also no outside view. As i booked online, i was told allotment happens automatically and no selection after reaching the vennue. The geyser hot water flow very slow and mirror lamp do not work. The manager and their team was so cordial and language was very much comfortable. Thank you for wonderful hospitality extended. Parking space is con-gusted but ok to park. To the possible extent one can get desired food. The staff timely provides food and hygiene manner. Location of accomodation is close to city and all sightseeing places.

The stay was super comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a family stay loved the ambience. Not surrounded by the busy streets. Loved the stay. Staffs were very welcoming.

Not very good. Roads are too steep and dangerous food average

1st of all no road to hotel. Your car will definitely bump several times on the road. Rooms are extremely cool bcoz of which you might get back pain for sure. No grocery store near by.

We stayed for 3 days in this hotel during Christmas time. It is pathetic in terms of services and facilities. No room heater, hot water for limited times only, kitchen was very small just for tea and hot drinking water which also used to take lot of follow ups. Poor Wi-Fi and no mobile network due to remote location. Not worth of money which we spent per night. In name of resort, it doesn’t have basic facilities and not recommend to avail this.

Rooms are bad, a broken table (hotel staff said it was broken by earlier guest n when asked to get other table didn turn up, in house service is very bad it took 1. 45 min to deliver 2 egg omlette and another 2. 30 min to deliver one plate white rice and one curry. Not recommend if you are looking for better place, food and service. Totally waste of money and time.
