Best place to stay in ooty. Overall nice experience staff and stay room. Direct access to Karnataka garden.

I found this hotel on the Makemytrip app. The location of the hotel is excellent, not crowded at all, and accessible to everywhere. The view and the hotel property have been one of my favorite part of my whole trip. Also, they served the best food within a few minutes and have varieties of food options. The hotel services are very fast and everyone is friendly.

Nice location. Access to Siri Garden is like icing on the cake. Food quality especially tea needs to be improved. Separation of vegetarian and non vegetarian kitchen is better.

The place is really beautiful. We just had few difficulties. The booking was for 6 people and there was no mention that properties going to be far away for the same group. Also there were no extra blankets in such cold.

property is just too good with hugh garden. You need atleast half to explore property. Staff is cooperative and polite. Rooms was specious clean and well maintained. Food quality is average and don't have too much options. Overall wonderful experience

The premium rooms are spacious, featuring an additional room that can comfortably accommodate an extra guest, making it ideal for families. The highlight of this property is the massive Karnataka Horticulture garden attached to it — a truly unique feature you won’t find at any other hotel in Ooty. location : excellent with panoramic views and the KSTDC garden is too good stay : the wooden cottages are very good having all the modern amenities. food : options are very less. good for south favouring food . no option of North Indian food and very few choices. service : very good especially Rahul who was there for every need..

All rooms are Resort theme & well maintained. KSTDC park is very beautiful & staff are very helpful.

Avoid Mayoora Sudarshan Ooty! Had a terrible stay. The old building needs renovation, rooms weren't clean, and the food was subpar. Staff behavior was unacceptable. Not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend.

Restaurant is good and no comments. Few drawbacks overall.No heater in the rooms. It’s very essential in Ooty to have room heater as because of extreme cold weather we will not have sleep without heater. Drinking water every time we need to call and order. Water supply will be stopped or broken very frequently for no reason which will cause inconvenience. We stayed in wooden cottage newly built. Only they look good and give good view but lack many very basic facilities including intercom

Stayed in wooden cottages, and it was a pleasant experience. There's a Karnataka horticulture garden with free access. Food was good enough. Enjoyed the stay.

The rooms are Clean and spacious. The property has access to the Karnataka horticulture park which is great. However, not all standard rooms are same. On our first day, we got one standard room which was somewhere like in an attic and felt like a store was converted into a room and right outside our room all extra cots and chairs were stacked. Next day the standard room which we were shifted into was far better
