There was a dumping place behind the hotel wall. People keep throwing the garbage behind the wall of the hotel & thus the disgusting smell remains all the time. Only one Care Taker for all the rooms...who tries to reach all the requirements but he has his limit. Overall they need to improve in management, cleanliness & should add more staff.

Comfortable stay with basic amenities.

caretaker helped us for our needs. Parking good enough and place is located perfectly to reach city and spots. Only disappointed with water shortage at morning for one day and that was resolved in 1.30 hours which makes our plan delayed. Other than that Overall stay is good.

No issues in location and no food provided as I know... But the cost is expensive when compared to the near by stay. frequent power cut and during vacating the room owner insisted us to vecate morning 9:30 itself telling that they need time to get the room cleaned and keep ready for another family. Actually the checkin time is 12PM but the next family came ready at 9:30AM itself and we were to vecate room. Dont know why we pay for 12 to 12 time but to vecate soon. That was a big concern for us. Room looks old but the cost not according to the rooms we use here... Wi-Fi is available and if required we can sign in to hotstar or Netflix and watch... no issues in wifi network till the power is available. During the peak time for no option condition we can stay but other than that its expansive....

room separates with hard board partition. We can't sleep, next room people's sound(even breathing sound). Toilet have one ventilation sharing with near room toilet, bad smell-horrible.Even not have a usable washbasin.Wash basin fitted on the toilet water flusher tank top.. s So guys please avoid This was a doormetary, not a room which is partitioned with hardboard. We can't sleep because of the sound of next room. Toilet having ventilator which opens to the next rooms toilet. What a bad ordour, horrible One more appricuatable fact, room having wash basin which is fitted very near to the closest,horrible.

Property is located in 2 km away from central ooty.Foods are not available . hot water available both drinking and bathing.upto 3 car parking space available.

The hotel was absolutely terrible. It was dirty, there was a power outage, and the ambiance was awful.

The room was not good. There was no soundproofing between rooms—I could constantly hear voices from the neighboring room. There was no privacy. The window didn’t have a proper screen; though there was one, it didn’t fully cover the window properly
