Good service, nice rooms, and a perfect location! The staff was friendly and attentive. Loved the cozy ambiance and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The homestay and the staff are really good. It was comfortable, unlimited drinking water from the water can, working wifi, good room service, extra blankets,pillows and fairly priced food. Down part is the location with a very bad road.

The overall experience was not satisfactory as first of all the room was not in the best state. Then their no outside food policy is also very upsetting. As their own in house restaurant is not available. They only have one cook and no food options, whatever the cook makes we have to eat that. The view is nice from the hotel but overall at this price point it could have been better.

The moment we entered the property it was menance and nothing less than chaos ,First of all the POC assigned from property end doesn’t have basic communication standards where it was very difficult to coordinate once we reached near to the property to figure where the actual property exist.Now coming to the next experience the moment we landed in the property and checked in the manager was constantly stubborn regarding the accomodation structure which was totally baseless and incompetent ethics shown . We were 6pax and 1 kid and the selection and booking was done as per make my trip standards and all norms were taken care but property manager was totally atubborn that in one room more than 3 cannot stay it has to be 3+3 in both rooms which is totally unprofessional seems we had booked any hostel instead of holiday resort and they were forcing us to pay for additional mattress which was no where justifiable. Now the pain part the property is located at extreme end of an plot where reaching up to is a painful task no proper road no proper signboards anyone can miss easily while hunting the property and totally isoltaed at one corner so considering the property location outside food was not allowed which is somehow understood but in house food options available were merely or i would say negligible and highly over priced and top of that you don’t have room service also so considering the temperature drop there they are stubborn to bring even small kids to sit in their open dinner space to consume food which is nowhere acceptable

Location is great. Breezy and calm around this place. Love the sound of chimes as the name states. Could include breakfast as most places around provide them complimentary. Room states garden view, but there’s no direct view out of the room. No basic amenities like tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The premises of the property is very good but the room is average. If you are staying with friends it will be okay but not recommending for single couple.

Hotel environment atmosphere is beautiful, food is the main drawback, not much variety and outside food also not allowed, vegetarian.

First of all behaviour at reception it’s worst. No outside food they allowed and they don’t have cook also as well no near by place to eat . You have to go at least 3km for eating.inside room no door mat no welcome kit.its all over very disappointed experience here.one good thing is the view outside is awosme.

The property was amazing, the staff was well-behaved, and the food was delicious—everything was perfect.

The property is very beautiful 😍 and the it is located in the centre of ooty which makes it easier to explore the markets of ooty. Also the rooms are hygienic and clean. The vintage bikes showcase is also good. The only concern is meals are not included with the booking.

While booking it’s showing as resorts and after reaching there so many restrictions like no outside food & no Non Veg food. If they are telling no outside food means they need to have restaurant but that also was not there.

Pros:Property was situated in outskirt of the city. food was not good. Complementary breakfast is not available. Room service is also not good. telephone is not available in the room.

The experience was horrible. There was no coordination with the host and the staff. Inspite of informing the host about our late arrival, he failed to keep the rooms ready for check in. We a family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers were make to wait for 1 and half hour so the staff could prepare and clean the rooms. The bedsheets were dirty and not changed, the rooms were terribly small, the kettel in the rooms didn't work, they gave 1 towel and 1 soap per room. The water in the property was over and we were delayed by 3 hours when the staff struggled to fill the sumps and overheaf tanks. Overall it was a horrible experience with very high charges.
