The property does not have amenities as shown on the MakeMyTrip portal. the staff was very rude when asked for anything they gave only one reply "Call the customer care". The rooms were not cleaned even after reminding them again and again. The breakfast was included in our package but was provided only limited. The order from the menu was prepared too late. No air conditioning in the rooms Rooms are not spacious as advertised Pillows in dirty and unhygienic condition Wi-Fi not working, which is extremely inconvenient Gym is not available at the property

The stay was so pretty good and staff people was having good intraction as well overall a good stay in ooty to be recommended

The ambience was good..Staff was good and co-operating..Rooms were spacious .. But the bedcover and blankets were very dirty and torn even though they were washed..And there was power cut for more than an hour in the morning peak hours... Bathrooms were not so clean...

As discussed with your respective representative, the property shown while booking was totally different when we visited the location , the stay was very poor as we do to have power back up and there was multiple time power fluctuation which we informed to the property manager and he will come an fix the same. No heater , no proper response no parking facility - one of the worst stay that i had experianced

Hotel name didn't display complaint boy say you r not our customers we hv no tied with mmt and you can make complaint he can't solve our any problems But he accept our online payments bgt My personal suggestion don't book on line on MMT Better to visit personal choice without hesitation bcoz Hotel Owner treat as 1st while booking and after payments when we visit they provide 3rd Class Rooms and Services Very much disappointed But Thanks for giving such False Service for Tourist

The room and bathroom were clean, but the food and heater weren't properly cleaned. We were provided with only one towel for two adults and kids. The location was a bit far from the main road, . Overall, there were some areas for improvement.

Not valuable for money they changed hotels name but not changed in online booking so we were searching long time . Poor cleaning.no hospitality.poor room maintenance.Overall not recommended.no car parking.power interruptions.no change in bed spread from previous customer.room bad smells.
