The stay was nice and pleasant.Mohammad was courteous and very helpful. Mohammad also helped in arranging car services for local sightseeing.Though the hotel was modest but the behaviour of all staff members were nice. I got required support from Bahadur. I enjoyed the trip with peaceful mind.Thank you Mohammad and Bahadur.Keep up the service.

it was good and the owner was supportive and cooperative. A few things can be improved: The bathroom mirror was in bad condition. Electric cattle required to get hot water. A few things I liked: no extra charges for Bonefire.

It was a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean. They provided a mini toothbrush kit and soap, which was a nice touch. JB Cottage is within walking distance from the Ooty bus stand. Don’t hesitate to book; you’ll be happy with your choice. It’s the best budget hotel!

Good choice for a stay, clean and neat room

Properties location was just fine. Amenities and services such as bonfire/ camping outside room options could be much better, instead of standard charges of 700- to 800- for just 1hr with music that was communicated.
