It was wonderful experience staying there. Whole ambient was awesome with panoramic view. Landlord were helpful. There are lot of space for different things.

All the basic amenities are provided. 8. 24 Hrs Hot water availability 9. TV in a working condition with Amazon video and Sun NXT subscription. 10. Friendly host. 11. Best in the available budget. Cons 1. No complimentary breakfast. 2. Geyser capacity is small so you need to wait atleast 20 min for the next batch of hot water in your bucket (keeping cold weather into consideration). 3. Microwave oven or induction stove missing in kitchen (it will be helpful if you're ordering food online) 4. Improvement needed in Parking space

Very nice room and clean washroom

Nice rooms and view from balcony, nice decorative rooms but space to small in room but it's okay. When you visit ooty stay in this hotel.

The property is very good. The amenities are well kept. Clean property. The host is very helpful and kind. The only drawback is the approach road to the property, you cannot take a big car. The area around the property is not that clean and well kept.

Overall a good budget friendly place to stay. They can be more professional in handling the guest issues.

The stay was really awesome, recommended stay option

The location was good but the place wasn't clean. There was fungus growing on the walls as well house flies in the apartment. The outside of the house had a mound of garbage which made sitting outdoors unbearable. The room size was very small.

The stay is conveniently located close to many tourist attractions while providing a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and traffic. The view of ooty from the terrace is stunning. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our requests. Both the rooms and washrooms were well-maintained and clean.

The clean hotel had a good atmosphere and i asked for a flower bouquet for my partner even though it was arranged in the neck, had good time.

The rooms are very well decorated and make u feel special… The hosts are very humble and courteous..!!

We dint have parking facility and food

Our room was very neat and clean. It was very well furnished as shown in the pictures. This homestay is located on a small hill, so you get a good view from the shared balcony. The place has gated parking which can accommodate 4 cars, but entering the parking is bit tricky as it is on a uphill and has a narrow entrance. The place has a shared kitchen adjacent to a bar area where you can bring your own alcohol and drink. Common areas like hallway, kitchen & bar are not well ventilated so the place might feel stuffy.

The stay was really great, i wish we had more time in ooty to spend more time there. The property is really well maintained and you get access to a number of amenities (including netflix when you are done exploring the town. It’s a perfect place to stay with your friends.

The room itself is awesome. The owner is really good. But the room i stayed in had zero privacy. This is a homestay, there is a window, you open it and you can see the street. You can hear people speaking very clearly and similarly everyone outside can hear you.

I stayed for a couple of days, place is near and tidy with all amenities nearby friendly host. This place has a nice balcony lookout view as well. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in ooty.
