It's good, just view was misssing

good hotel but not get it dentel kit I'll get morning 8am, water bottle not available, intercom not working

We have found that the property's location is good, food also good, but amenities were not satisfactory, as there was no separate drinking water bottle 🍾 in the room, room' surroundings wall painting was dull, in another room geyser was not working, room room' service staffs has cheated us to take more excess money for the things we have ordered to brought for us. Overall not satisfactory. Thank you for allowing us to express our feedback.

The room was clean and beautiful completely worth the money . It is very accessible and near the main road. The food was with a south indian touch. Facilities like 24x7 warm water, TV, chairs and table, room service everything was worth it.

Firstly we booked delux room they gave us dirty messy smelly room in the name of executive room with attached balcony which was of no use irritating lights lamps , and on top of it they provided us torn bed sheets as if we are road side Romeo and booked chaawl type room ... horrible experience . Washroom was dirty and tabs were damaged

The room quality is so bad, and I would not recommended to family , the service is s o bad , there are no kitchen, as well as at reception area there are no staff on reception area on stay, there are no lift available while we get much more problem to kept the luggage on floor

No service, no cleaning, most of the electrical sockets not working and in pathetic condition, all the rooms were damp, left on our own at the property. Unwashed towels and broken taps and geysers not working, only the breakfast was good because that was in their other hotel in the opposite road. Never stayed in such a bad condition ever in life.

Very bad experience. No proper basic facilities like kettle, hot water, blanket, toilet broken, did not follow check in time and no towel. Everything we have to ask. Too bad i would not recommend hill crest metro. But staff tried to help. Hotel owner has to look into this.
