Good Staff, But Worst Owner & No Wi-Fi – Not Worth the Price! Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I recently stayed at StayVista at The West Wind (Jodhpur) and had a very disappointing experience. ✅ What was good: – The staff at the property was polite and helpful. No complaints there. ❌ What went wrong: – There was no Wi-Fi available throughout the stay, even though it’s clearly mentioned in the listing. – The owner,, was rude and extremely unprofessional. Basic customer service and decency were missing. – They charged full price without offering any discount, and even refused to provide a proper GST bill. – Felt like they were just trying to make money without caring about guest experience. For the price they charge, this is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless they seriously improve their management and service quality.

Great location. 10 minutes to ooty lake and garden. Earl's secret restaurant is nearby. New property. Hence rooms are clean and fresh. Good service. Great view. Quality food. It's little expensive. And complimentary breakfast has not many dishes for the rate we paid. Had better breakfast ( number of items) for low rate than this. Follow up from team after booking was great. They shared the google map to location, shared contact of care taker, comminacted house rules, provided pre check in option. Enquired about dinner plans on advance etc.

Amazing stay experience! the place has the best scenic views and the room were very tidy. The staff is courageous & the food is awesome! this place is everything what you will need in a group or couples trip!

First of all the location mentioned is wrong. Can’t ever reach the location if followed by map. Secondly tried calling the number there was no response, called on some toll free number and they couldn’t guide as well. Finally a local guided us through a different road to this place and we were met with a terrible experience from a lady so called the owner of the property. Don’t know if this was from the stay-vista team or the individual property owner. On the good note the rooms were clean and was comfortable.
