Highly Recommended! Exceptional hospitality. We recently stayed at SJA Homes, Ooty for 2 days. Due to a long journey, we could only reach around 12:30 AM midnight, well past our original check-in time. Even at that hour, the staff was incredibly supportive. They didn't show any hesitation or anger; instead, they welcomed us warmly and handed over the keys. We booked 3 rooms via MakeMyTrip, and all of them were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything from the beds to the water heaters worked perfectly. The price is also very affordable, making it a true value-for-money stay. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. I am completely satisfied with their service and would easily give them a 10/10 rating!

Our room is quite spacious. Owner and staff both are good. I'll say Clean room with basic amenities are present i.e. towel, blanket, toothbrush, toothpaste, kettle... View from the roof top is amazing. Ooty bustop and railway station is also near within 2-3km. We like our stay❤️

I had a stay with family. The room was cleaned. 3-4 members with children is a good stay option in Ooty, with a balcony and nice view. The only thing is they don't have nearby restaurants for breakfast or meals. At night it's very dark just 100 metres from this premise.

The property's location was nice and the view from the room's window was also very nice and there was parking facilities but there is room for improvement as it is very cold in Ooty they can provide a small complimentary campfire in the evening.

Room is very good for its budget compared to other places in and around Ooty. Budget friendly stay. Only drawback is the parking. If you go with a big car, turning the car may be difficult but not impossible. Good stay, near to city centre.
