Our room is quite spacious. Owner and staff both are good. I'll say Clean room with basic amenities are present i.e. towel, blanket, toothbrush, toothpaste, kettle... View from the roof top is amazing. Ooty bustop and railway station is also near within 2-3km. We like our stay❤️

per night but not worth for even Stayed in 6A. Cousin, pillow, blanket, hygiene, everything was bad. Far better option available in lower price.

It was such a good experience. The location of the hotel is so good that all the prime spots are nearby only. The room was very clean and hygienic. Plus the view from window was the cherry on top of the cake.

SJA Homes in ooty, Lovely building and View is awesome, its center of city everything is near. Reasonably priced our budget friendly, Rooms were well sized and comfortable. Would recommend for a visit to ooty with family or friends, trust me owner anty is like we feel like our mother, she is realy way of behavior is awesome, Room also as per expected more then happy well maintained area and room. as per budget. my request kindly book stay happy but please support to maintain clean thank you.

location good . property was new and hygienic. balcony city view nice exp.camp fire with dancing light BT speaker enjoyed.Food zomato gud .24 hrs hotwater and drinking water provided. polite approxh staff..thank u Mrs Banu mam location was safe and good. camp fire arrangement superb. drinking water geyser 24hrs available. zomatto food available..totally nice exp

Good service, neat and clean. The receptionist also help me alot to find the place and also suggested some fantastic tourist places.

Stay was okay, not excellent.. we got a room which was clumsy no ventilation, and was below road level and no view, water heater was not working properly and they had to stamp the reason on wall which i have never experienced anywhere. So much of voltage fluctuations & power outlet issues. And if i open the window. There is no privacy at all. Anyone can look at the bed from outside. But the owner has been cordial and apologised for the issues happened.

Good budget stay for family. Amenities was good. Wifi alone was not working when i was in the stay. But rest of the amenities was good. Caretaker guided the route way to stay. And was friendly. And the rooms were clean.

No wifi facilities, room was quite good, no view point in my room, no balcony. No food facility provided by cottage. But room experience was quite good.

The stay was decent. Me and my family had been to ooty for a day and the stay fits our needs. So, it's okey for ppl who need a decent stay at ooty.
