Long Wood Cottage

as we got groud floor, later 2 to 3 Muslim family had arrived but it was absolutely fine but later at night they were making loud noise and they were having beef in open, well we had no issues if they were doing in their room but they were having in the common space as Hindu we faced the terrible smell coz they were cooking over there and later we had shift the room from ground floor to 1st floor

Stay is ok. room service very worst. they didn't provide water itself. If you do service on your self this is ok for you otherwise, better don't choose this hotel.

Felt like stay in home. Accessible to main tourist spots. Yes food also honestyle cooking way. Worth for money. Nice

Except location nothing was good. A place like ooty no hot water provided. Blanket was not cleaned. I just covered my legs with those blankets due to cold weather n somehow managed with my jacket. The geyser was not working.

We had a comfortable and homely stay at longwood cottage, ooty. Rooms were specious, well furnished and location is good. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff behaviour is excellent and very welcoming.

It's an average experience staying at the long wood cottage. Hotel manager behaviour was good. But i would suggest room service on daily basis. Only when i leave the hotel, then only the room gets cleaned for the next visitor.

High rate and low fecility

The room was nice. Friendly owner. Hari will help you to find a different spot in ooty. Water is available

Good rooms and very nice host, hot water is available 24/7, bathrooms are a bit outdated and need renovation and there is a lack of outlets for changing but all in all a good place if you are on a budget

Customer service is good. They support well. Given trip suggestion, ideas, better plan. They are friendly and homely feel. That all good. Negative part. Rooms are smell. Tv not working. Rooms are not neat. Overall not neat.

Worst place no hot water at morning times

Not too o bad stay like a paying guest house and also not recommended for family. Who are searching low fare rooms go for it.

Specially hariji is very much cooperative. You are superb harida. Thank you harida. Total pakage is unique. Rooms are spacious. Overall service is very good.

Room, beds and blanket were not cleaned and water was dirty. Room was not good as showing in photo. For me it’s terrible stay.
