Banasura Hill Resort

My recent stay at the Banasura Hill Resort was absolutely exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. ​The Food was one of the major highlights. The dining experience was superb, with a fantastic variety of delicious and fresh dishes, from authentic local cuisine to continental options. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and the quality was consistently high. ​The resort Staff deserve special mention. They were incredibly courteous, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay. From the prompt check-in to the attentive service in the restaurant and throughout the property, the team was always smiling and ready to assist with any request. Their warmth truly enhanced the entire experience. ​Finally, the Cleanliness across the resort was impeccable. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly prepared, offering a true sanctuary. The public areas, including the restaurant and activity spaces, were also flawlessly kept, reflecting the resort's high standards. ​Overall, Banasura Hill Resort provides a perfect blend of natural beauty, fantastic amenities, and world-class hospitality. It was an amazing experience for us as a family! The resort is very well designed but most of all the service and staff is so excellent that you will truly enjoy your vacation staying here! It was an amazing experience staying at this resort! The service staff is very well behaved and paid extra attention for my parents stay and ensured all things are taken care of very smoothly! Amazing stay at Banasura hill resort, very scenic place with full greenery. Food was very good & matching to the taste; which has made this stay more valuable. Supportive staff across at whole resort. Affordable food at resort as well as other restaurants are very far from the property.

Our short vacation with my wife at Banasura Hill Resort was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning, with incredible views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was super comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time exploring the resort and enjoying the delicious food. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway!

the place itself a bliss to explore. cool and cozy. more varieties could be served. kerala dishes could be included for breakfast. but overall and excellecy stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hill Resort. The view of the hills was truly breathtaking, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The resort maintained excellent cleanliness throughout. What stood out the most was the food—it felt just like homemade, with plenty of delicious vegetarian options available. I highly recommend this place!"

It was a good stay, near by tea plantation and waterfalls and don’t really have to travel a lot if your looking for a chill weekend with some activities to do, it’s all in the resort itself. The staff were very accommodating and the food was great. The spa was not working but they arranged someone to give us the service. The male masseuse who provided service for my husband was knowledgeable and delivered a good services but the female masseuse who provided service for me was unprofessional, and it is a very bad massage which led to more body pains. Overall our experience was good we loved the stay. Food was very good. The chef understood our taste and cooked the food accordingly. Location is awesome and very close to nature. Facilities wise the property is good.

Internet not working. Property not maintained properly. No phone signals nor the intercom works. Water seepage from ceiling. Approach road is very tough with severe incline and very narrow. Limited food choices at the property and not possible to go out for food due to its approach.

Excellent location .... The rooms and overall property is neat and clean... Staff is very helpful and attended immediately on any request given it was raining heavily during our stay here. Food is good and wouldn’t rate excellent for a 4 star property

Service of the staff was A ONE but room was ok and there was zero wifi signals and buffet cost is 750 + 18% GST Charges which is too much as food was very average. Fan was making too much noise and lights in the room is very dim

We had a very good exp in banasura hill resort, especially in terms of location which was perfect , food is superb and the services was good. It would be better if they had a good wifi connectivity as the mobile network is very weak and indoor games needs to maintained / upgrade.

Best stay and polite staff at the property. Room was aesthetic and super clean. Food was very good and washrooms were super clean.

This resort is very unique in how it looks and located in a very picturesque spot. The rooms we booked were super spacious and one of the largest rooms we have stayed in. The housekeeping team should get 11/10. That’s how clean the rooms were. Go for the buffet eyes closed, the variety and taste of the dishes was really good. Friendly staff too. Highly recommended. Only downside is this property is so far away from all the main wayanad attractions.

Superb resort in Wayanad! Rooms are built using antique technique of mud. So, rooms will be cold during summer and warm during winter. Restaurant serves very tasty food.

It was a wonderful resort, stay and food was great, love the ambience and greenery around, safe place, scenic and beautiful surrounded by hills and the majestic Banasura Hill in the background. It was just awesome. A bit more focus on lighting in the rooms and hot water capacity would have just enriched and elevated the experience even more. Love it! Amazing resort, location, surroundings, food was great and service too. Wish there was more jot water and tube lights or adequate lights as the ones present were not sufficient. You could open the curtains and windows but it's not practically possible in the evenings or early mornings when you need. Apart from these two drawbacks everything else seemed perfect with this place.

Amazing location, great views, good hiking trails, good food, good facilities (pool, camp fire, activities room etc), good spacious rooms. Only downside is, it’s far out from the rest of Wayanad area.

Stayed in the suite room with sit out. Place is very well maintained. Nice and green with an awesome view of the banasura hill. Staff was very warm, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to serve. The food however was rather average. But that isn’t a deal breaker. Please do visit.
