Lavender Resort

We were a group of 12 , 8 adults and four kids. We have been trying to have a family get away for a long time. The stay was really amazing. The staff here is so dedicated and professional. Shyam and Saneesh were managing the stay when we visited. They attended to all our needs during the stay and answered all our silly questions as well. We stayed in the villa as a family which is why we had the whole space for just us. Also the stay was well maintained, cleaned and adequately furnished.

Maintanance is very poor, cleanliness is very bad,I think the bed sheets are not washed since many days.Washroom drains are blocked and you can’t use it for hours if anyone is used it

The location is very convenient for reaching. On the side of Calicut Ooty road just one km from Vaduvanchal town. The view from the veranda is good. No disturbances. There is no restaurant attached. Room was alright. There is a swimming pool. Behind the building is a coffee plantation. The service by the staff was OK.

rates are very high but rooms are not clean and toilet are leakage.bed cover and bedsheet are not wash properly

Booked for 3 but no extra bed provided. remaining stuf was ok.

Location good. Amenities and services good. No restaurant- should have in-house facility at least for morning tea

The staff was very friendly and was helpful all through the stay. The place was very neat. Location is perfect for a relaxed vacation.

The room looked fine, but the service was poor, they don't have a restaurant for dinner and when asked to get the parcel from a nearby restaurant denied saying it will get cooled once it reaches here. Wifi and tv were also not working

The room is good but the service is bad, for a family only one towel was provided, they will not let u have food in your room. They have bad dinning room set on the terrace. When asked for extra bed they gave a bad bed sheet that doesn’t cover the bed then changed and gave me the regular bedsheet when I asked for it. We had to leave the hotel by 8:30am but their breakfast will be ready by 8:30 am , even though I have paid extra for food, I couldn’t eat it. It’s a pretty average place.

Good hospitality. Friendly and very supportive staffs. The food was really good. The food feels like the homely food.

The rooms are not well maintained and the owner doesn't care. Poor staff has no option but to apologies to guests this property must be banned from makemytrip and makemytrip should do thorough checks of the quality of hotels being sold

Stay was avg. Rooms were ok size but the property seems not cleaned everyday. Ac was also not that cooling.

We enjoyed staying with lavender resort, however whatever was mentioned in the portal were some activities not in the resort facility. They have to improve this.

Very nice resort. Near to the main road. Good rooms. Morning breakfast was very nice. Staff was also well behaved. I couldn't able to use the pool because pool was occupied most of the time.

One of the worst stay ever, shabby rooms, leaking ceiling, blocked wash basin, unhelpful staffs. It's no resort, in the name of resort they only have a small swimming pool. I booked 3 rooms for two days at around per room. But the same rooms were available for 3k for some people. Hot water is only 3 litre at a time, just imagine taking bath in 3 litre water. Overall one of the worst property.

Not worth for the amount paid. No scenic views only one small swimming pool. We had ac in our room but remote was not there. People are good in their hospitality but we cannot treat the location in the category of a resort. It's just a hotel room with one swimming pool.

No dinner and lunch you have arrange, if the trip is more than a day be prepared to stay in dirty room as there will be no cleaning

It was really pleasant staying at lavender resort. Food was really good. Tej did help with everything with his charm. Looking forward to visit again.

It's a big surprise we did not expect. The hospitality was too good we felt like home and the food was excellent We didn't miss our home and it was so tasty. The rooms and pool were so neat. Thank you for your service.The surroundings n the environment were also awesome
