Good and clean rooms and washrooms. A decent place to stay.Food is also okay. However issues with connectivity and wifi . but that's okay you don't need your phone constantly bugging you on a vacation.

Great hospitality, good food and excellent ambience. loved the location and facility rooms were good and clean n spacious. I stayed in normal and cottage also major problem I felt was the door and lock very old needs an update. hot water in bathroom is a challenge. other than these overall was a good experience.

Needs a bit of maintenance

An ok stay. Staff are very responsive and helpful. But the rooms need renovation as it's a waterfront property and needs a lot of maintenance due to moisture. Views are nice from the rooms but there was no Hi tea as it was weekday and breakfast was just ok. Need a bit of proactiveness to make it even more desirable but an amazing location and views

The villa's view was wonderful. Waking up in the view like this gave us bliss. The food in the restaurant is also amazing. The karapuzha spl chicken curry was especially top notch. The only concern was that the bed and mattress weren't good. It's hard and not up to the payment we have done.
