The location is nice and serene. Nice pool and good rooms. Staffs behaviour was good. There were only a limited guests on the day we arrived. The food served for the dinner was yummy. We ordered chapatis & porottas with kerala chicken curry and dal tadka. The breakfast wasn’t much appealing as they made dosas before we arrived and it was served cold, and with a limited guests and we understood organising buffet is less feasible with limited staffs. The coffee was awesome i wish i could have stayed for an extra day to enjoy the serenity and to explore the pool better. Overall i would recommend this property.

The location of the property is good enough. The last 1km patch to the resort is quite narrow and is broken due to rain. The property is well-maintained, and clean and has a relaxing vibe. The gardens are well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this Willow Resorts! the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive and ensured a seamless experience. Highly recommend this Willow Resorts for a comfortable and convenient vacation.

The stay was excellent, staff was courteous. The property would be something loveable for someone who prefer a calm and quite atmosphere,every inch of the space is curated with lot of thoughts ,the colours and interior decorations are well designed and has to give kudoos to the designer, me and family really loved this and will stay again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Willow Resort, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a stunning location with panoramic view of forest, the resort is a true haven of luxury and comfort

The resort is good it maintied well and staff also very well behaved the ambience kids play area and everything is good

Stay was amazing, staff was very helpful in guiding where we can travel around as few places were not opened. Hygiene was maintained.

Nice resort for family and couples. Rooms are neat and clean, kids play area and pool maintained in good condition.

The people working here is extremely supportive & enthusiastic to serve guest. The gate incharge joe helped me with my luggage & all team including the restaurant team plan your dinner and lunch perfectly.

Good forest like experience, resort is surrounded with nature, staff gives you a very pleasant and safe feeling, it have cleaned beautiful infinity pool, good chef who cooks according to your instructions and good food.

Location is excellent. Its in middle of coffee estates and well maintained. Staff is very polite and excellent attitude. Food is good and can be great if you add few more items from local cuisine.
