A beautiful resort amdist of greenery. The resort has some incredible types of flours. Flowers were so appealing . rebooted 2 room cottage with 2 king size bed. The rooms very well placed with balconies my teenagers boys and we couple had a very comfortable stay . Special mention for food ...one. word value for money. Their dinner buffet is such a delight . Don't miss it . Chef Khalesh is very good . Staff Swaroop ,security and others are very supportive . It was indeed a very good stay .

Great place, good vibes fr the people. they made us pay 1000 more for check in even though early check in up to 3 hours was complementary and even though we checked in just around 3 hours early only we still had to pay 1000 more. Next day we found out that it is complementary and tried to talk to them but they kind of made an excuse to not settle that. The staff was so good . And the food was so excellent. Good for couples . Very peacefull and the roads till the hotel is nice to enjoy the ride.

The stay was excellent, staff was courteous. The property would be something loveable for someone who prefer a calm and quite atmosphere,every inch of the space is curated with lot of thoughts ,the colours and interior decorations are well designed and has to give kudoos to the designer, me and family really loved this and will stay again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Willow Resort, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a stunning location with panoramic view of forest, the resort is a true haven of luxury and comfort

Location is excellent. Its in middle of coffee estates and well maintained. Staff is very polite and excellent attitude. Food is good and can be great if you add few more items from local cuisine.

The stay is very nice. the view from the room is beautiful. the food was good. although there are very limited options. Also they were not helpful in preparing something during the evenings for snacks. They were very specific and not accommodating when it comes to food. The swimming pool is very nice and the surroundings are amazing. the indoor games are not maintained well and we could not play any of them.

Room and ambience of resort is good but the food is average.. they need to improve on it .. As well resort doesn’t have facilities for drivers .. as per Kerala tourism guidelines every resort should have facilities for drivers as well .. but this resort doesn’t have any facilities.. also resort is very far and roads which leads to resort are not good .. at night its not safe for walking and driving as well near resort

The people working here is extremely supportive & enthusiastic to serve guest. The gate incharge joe helped me with my luggage & all team including the restaurant team plan your dinner and lunch perfectly.

Willow Resorts' stay was enjoyable. They showed warm hospitality throughout the stay. The restaurant food was good. Buffet breakfast had good options to choose from. The location of the property is good enough. The last 1km patch to the resort is quite narrow and is broken due to rain. The property is well-maintained, and clean and has a relaxing vibe. The gardens are well maintained.
