We had a one night stay. First of all the location was little far inside, but very peaceful and well maintained property. Food was a standout one. The best I had ever. Regarding service, They allowed us early check in. The food serving was also good, provided us whatever asked for. The property was superb but activities shown were not provided. Indoor games materials were broken and missing. It was expensive for the activities provided. It was rainy when we visited hence could not know the full activities. Overall good experience, it can be made excellent with adding some more or arranging for the full usage of activities.

I had a wonderful stay at Alterra Resort in Wayanad. The hospitality was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was truly memorable. I really enjoyed fishing, walking through the beautiful paddy fields, and the coracle rides, which made the stay even more special. A perfect getaway for relaxation and nature lovers!

Small resort but very clean cottages. We stayed in Eco Cottage (Mandarin)… spacious, can easily accommodate 3 persons. The seat-out Balcony is a best place to spend an hour early morning… listen to bird songs..Food is excellent. The resort has small lake, We did fishing!

Excellent Stay

The resort is one of the best in its own kind. It is ad-mist beautiful plantation of coffee, pepper and banana. The owners have tastefully constructed the resort by not disturbing the nature, beautiful landscaping is what makes the place unique. We stayed in a premium villa with a balcony and it was beautiful, spacious, neat and clean. We came with our pet and trust me its best pet friendly place we have ever stayed at, no restrictions nothing at all. Food was tasty and fresh, they were made as per our taste and preferences. For our fur baby also all meals were made fresh to order. Will surely revisit.

familyWe had a very pleasant stay at anenterra, overall experience was great, the property is very well maintained. Staffs on the property are very supportive and helpful, i am very much thankful to the staffs who supported us when we got locked out of car, they quickly arranged help. The food service was also good, they cook based on order hence food is served fresh and tasty. The private pool is maintained well and clean. Activities like fishing also help to have a relaxing experience.

Terrible Stay

It appears that make my trip is engaged in a deceptive scheme with ananterra resort. As a customer, i am extremely dissatisfied and urge others not to book this property. If you have pets, this place is a nightmare, and here’s why: there is no mention in the rules that ananterra resort imposes an exorbitant fee of 1500 rupees per day for sanitizing rooms for guests with pets. Even in india, 5-star properties do not charge such an outrageous amount. Moreover, make my trip fails to disclose this fee in their rules section. If they did, no pet owner would book this property; they would choose accommodations with no hidden fees or clearly stated extra charges. This is a blatant breach of customer trust and a clear case of fraud. Ananterra resort and make my trip should be ashamed of running such a scam. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not exploitation.
