Excellent service. Room Excellent service. Room was neat and clean. Location was close to the main road. Night was Calm and quiet. Pool was functional. Food service was good.

Excellent view , good service and great hospitality. There was no compromise of any sort in the stay, it had all what we wanted.

The stay in Bay view suits was good. Location is the best part as someone from normal car can easily drive through. Breakfast was good but lunch was average but they improved dinner. Overall ambience , room cleanness it’s 👍 I recommend this property.

Friends visited this place, was peaceful and serene. We just wanted to escape from the daily routine and this is the right place to stay calm and enjoy the nature low land at the midst of western ghat mountains. I had booked a deluxe room as a couple. I am not sure of how the cottage rooms are but the deluxe rooms are not worth the money at all. the size is small. only has a space for a double bed. dont even think of adding an extra bed in the room. the toilet window was broken and it was just fixed with a temporary adjustment because of which the room was full of mosquitoes and cockroach. didnt even get hot water and when I called the service person he just came, saw and went and didn't come back. He came back at 11 am to tell me to check out. Breakfast was average. overall cleanliness is good but still wont recommend the deluxe rooms.

Excellent services and premium-quality rooms. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. A special mention to the owners, Dennis and his wife, who personally run the place with so much care and attention. The food prepared by the chef was absolutely delicious! Truly a relaxing and pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended.

We had booked the Premium Suite and had a wonderful stay at Bay View Suites. The staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative,making us feel right at home. The owner was exceptional, personally ensuring our needs were met, including providing baby food. The location was perfect for a peaceful, relaxing gateway. Highly recommend this resort for a comfortable and homely experience.

It's a new property, I had booked Superior Suite, it was an individual cottage. The room was spacious to accommodate 3 adults and 2 children. The location was close to national highway making it easy access for people willing to explore Vythri and Wayanad. The amenities were upto mark and it was very clean. Breakfast was included in the stay, it was tasty with ample of options, also dinner was ordered at the resort and it was delicious. Dennis sir, the owner of the resort was very friendly and took good care thoughout the stay, he organised bonfire & music. The entire stay at Bay View was amazing and memorable.
