Terrace Resorts

The property was great, and the location was easily accessible, just 100 meters from the main road. However, the approach road could use some improvement, as it's not in the best condition. One thing I didn’t like was the description of the standard rooms. Nowhere did it mention that they are non-AC rooms. Given the price of the room, there was no indication that it would lack air conditioning. The rooms themselves were quite spacious, featuring one bedroom, a living area, a large balcony, and a sizable bathroom. This is not a typical Terrace Resorts where you press a button on the lift to reach your floor. Instead, the property consists of individual cottages, so depending on your room's location, you might have to hike to get there. The upside to this setup is that privacy is guaranteed, as the next room is at least 50 feet away. As for the food, it was good, and the breakfast spread was satisfying with no complaints. However, if you plan to order food to your room, don't wait until you're hungry to place the order, as the wait time will make you even hungrier. Even when ordering in the restaurant or dining area, you should expect a wait of at least 30 to 45 minutes. They mention that food is prepared fresh, but the wait time is still a bit excessive. Since there are no other dining options nearby, you'll need to adjust to this. Ordering early is the best way to avoid frustration. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the property gave a nice, jungle-like feel.

ok let me first go with the pros and cons. Pros: if you want to sleep and have a time of silence and sounds of birds .. go for it .. it's one of the most beautiful resort. coming to the service.. the service of resort is top notch.. you order even a small at 10 of night the will get it for you. cons.. the road to resort is a little tricky .. like it's a 100 meter patch of offroad with 60 degree decline and incline. all other are good.. enjoy your stay .. ✌️

location was great. Just chill and go for lake side walk preferably morning walk. we went for walk during evening and morning both. both views were awesome. Food was also tasty. Hygienic rooms. Friendly staff. i forgot my bag in resort. But they kept it safe in reception for more than a day and returned next day when I visited. overall i highly recommend this resort for peaceful stay. Suggestion : To have more inside sports and activities.

Always ensure the premium rooms you booked have a clear Lakeview otherwise it will be very disappointing. I booked the room for my wedding anniversary and our view to the lake is obstructed with tree branches so I am not satisfied with that. The place Is not child friendly not a play area for kids. The ambience and behaviour of the staffs and foods are excellent.

dream destination. superb experience of stay. balcony view is excellent. overwhelmed of making us happy Terrace resort is a beautiful property and view of banasura dam is excellent..and the best part is their dining and rooms and reception area

I went with my family to stay @ terrace resort I loved the location,food was fantastic clean and tasty amenities and services top class.I am going to recommend to others definitely

We saw some bad review but still we thought we would give it a try as per rating and our stay was quite good. Needs improvement in breakfast not sure if it was only for that day

Food and Ambience was good , location was fine and property was nice, check in and check out time should have been 24 hrs.. please inform them.

excellent location with beautiful view of the dam. The hospitality of the staff and their friendly approach was really nice. would love to come back to the resort once more.
