From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Room: My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern decor. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy. Food: The breakfast buffet was outstanding — a wide variety of delicious options, both local and continental. The in-house restaurant served tasty meals with excellent service. Amenities: The The Sanihara Hotel & Resort has all the amenities you could ask for — a clean swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and fast Wi-Fi. I also enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area in the evening. Location: Perfect location! It's close to major attractions and transportation hubs, but still quiet and peaceful at night. My family and I had a fantastic 1-night stay at The Sanihara, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s location is scenic, surrounded by lush tea plantations and close to attractions like Lakkidi Viewpoint. Our room was well organised and clean. The kids loved the swimming pool and play station, The staff were polite and attentive. Food was awesome. Free parking in a large parking space. Only a small issue is that the wi-fi was in low strength sometimes disconnected.

Food is great view is also awesome along with amenities in property be it swimming pool games reachability from places everything is perfect

Overall Stay was awesome thanks to Mr. Albin, The Sanihara Hotel & Resort staff were very supportive, pool is super clean and well maintained, parking is very good, only issue noticed was non ac room walls and roofs paint seen peeled off and seen some dampness and smell when entered in the room.
