Good place to relax, workers are very friendly, rooms are very clean and felt close to nature. We loved our stay

I didn't stayed there simply Iost money because I just checked in there and after a hour I left there pathetic atmosphere and pool simply waist of money

Room was not good. No ceiling fan was there. Suffered with shortage of water. Shortage of power. In one of the wash-room, there was a leech. Service was poor as well. If you call them for water or for any other thing, they will respond in one hour. As per the facility and the basic necessities they provide, price of the room is very high. I don't recommend this to anyone.

We stayed at the tree house. One thing that stood out was hospitality, right from our call to enquiry to the time of check-out. The resort staff were extremely helpful and polite. It made a difference during one of the nights when there was heavy rain with thunder and lightening. They even went out of their way to help us decide on the places of interest and kept in touch even when we were out. Next, the food was homely and well prepared. They were able to accommodate our needs as one of us is a strict vegetarian. All the basic amenities were in place and the environment was peaceful. This place was worth the money we spent. Great place for budget stays.
The tree house room was compact and nice, space was well utilised.

The hotel is not upto the mark. The room and bathroom were not clean. The location was also not that good. Taking into account the money we paid it is not worth it and I will not recommend it for those visiting Wayanad.

Every thing about this place is average. They charges 2800 for standard room non AC, room dosent feel good every this is just ordinary from flooring to fan bed everything . No balcony to seat out enjoy the nature

I visited the hotel in February with family, location is very good, surrounded by different types of trees. A small pond with little fishes. Food is good, is authentic Kerala style. Very relaxing. Staff is cooperative. Need to improve the lighting facility.

The location was excellent and the morning fog was too good to see from my cottage and the pets that they have is so sweet to play with especially my kids ... Food & taste was good. Camp fire was awesome between pure dense forest. Overall experience was very good.

Its not worth for the money we paid. There is nothing apart from room and that also not well maintained. Only for saying there is swimming pool and games but in real you cant even touch that water and there is no arrangement for indoor & outdoor games, In one word, if you want to waste your money, time and irritate yourself then that place is one of the best destination.

Had wonderful experience during the stay in the resort, we were in tree house and it was amazing and great weather at night and bird sound. Room were very clean and comfortable. Food was very good and tasty especially gobi 65. Staffs and manager were very helpful.

The location is amazing and the staff is super helpful. It has a small stream nearby which was a big hit with the kids. The breakfast is very good. There can be more options in the dinner though. A campfire was also organised by the hotel which is enjoyable.

Pros - Good location and food was okay. Staff were good, easy access to nearest town. Cons - Water heater was not working, fan was not working, bathroom door was not locking. Lack of basic needs. Rooms were very cramp. No intercom facility.

A great place to stay, relax have a quiet weekend. The breakfast was good but the choice for dinner was limited and the fried rice was more keralite than chinese in flavour & nature. I had asked for desert and did not get the same. the staff were very well behaved and excellent.The tap in the bathroom was leaky. if all this i taken care of its an excellent place to chill.

Overall experience in the hotel was excellent. Keep up the good work. Recommended to everyone.

Very quick and efficient service by the team. Special mentions about Beney, Binoy and Sanil. It would have been good to air the room to remove the wet odour from the room especially considering that we had a well advanced booking done. Otherwise it was very good for a short family stay.

Place is okay. Needs to be more clean. Do not opt for the Standard Cottage. Food is not very good. The breakfast spread wasnt that great and by the time we went to have breakfast everything was almost over. When we asked for more stuff for us, they refused.

Rooms were small, poorly maintained, fan was not working, no WiFi, swimming pool in bad condition. No variety of food and very expensive for the facility provided. Not at all recommended for a stay with family or friends. I will not visit this place again for sure.

Rooms were not as per expectation which spoiled our holiday mood. Deluxe room was like a big Hall with beds put together. Wooden Beds were not comfortable. Wardrobe was old village style with no lock. TV was placed on a wooden table with white bedsheet as a table cloth. Room was also inhabited by lizards, spiders, etc. There was no intercom. Room was missing wall clock. There were not enough recreational facilities inside the resort. Cards, Badminton and Volleyball were available on demand. The dining area was ok. Was surprised to find food and tea coffee bring served in disposable paper cups and plates. Buffet had limited spread with no deserts. The food was good. The service staff were good and helpful.
