Very bad service rooms are very small no caretaker was present no housekeeping room was stinking like it was not opened from past days

i am looking amenities and good service . I would like to stay silent area as well.

Great hospitality by Iqbal Ji. rooms are clean and bathroom is hygenic. place is green and clean. 6.5 km from sulthan bathery. 5/5 for everything.

I had a fantastic stay at Rose Villa. The location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with recommendations and any needs.

The site of the Rose villa is fantastic, we feel Kerala style culture. Bedsheet and towels were neat and cleaned. room was spacious for family there was separate bed for kids. Bathroom was also superb. Owner of the property is kind and gentlemen he treated us like family. Over grading, I would like to give excellent in this budget. I suggest this property for those who want to spend a minimum amount on their stay and want to enjoy it peacefully.
