I found the property from google and the location was amazing... Only one problem - it is not a small thing, they have no restaurant. If we have no vehicle and we go there by bus or a dropping taxi - no options for food - no restaurant or hotels near the property...If we order food online, delivery charge is ₹200.

familyThe resort itself is an amazing spot to spend a day’s time with family. Hospitality was good. We didn’t order food, only tea and they didn’t even charge for it. Restroom and room were clean and well maintained. Overall it was a good experience.

If you are travel-ling solo on a motorcycle or car this property can be the best choice where you get the decent dorm for very reasonable price provided with all the amenities. The only drawback is its bit far away( approx 20-25kms) for all the tourists destinations in wayanad.

Dormitory is meant for back packers with limited budget. This is to be treated as a basic just sleeping space. If you want luxury we have other options available. Do not expect luxury after booking a bed in multiple sharing mixed dormitory. Mostly these negative reviews are from guests booking bed space in dorm as their expectations are very high

this is not a hotel but a home stay. They do not have any signboards showing the directions to the hotel which is the only drawback. The staff r very helpful at your service all the time. Since they have only 9 rooms they do not have a restaurant.

We have two sign boards at the turning junction, one sign board half way through and one at the entrance. Now a days all are following google map and you can reach at the exact spot by following the google map. So far we have not received any complaints about the shortage of sign boards. We have total 12 rooms and a dormitory as you can see in MMT and we have a multi cousin restaurant. I am not sure the review is about the same property or not.

Your booking is for a bed space in multiple sharing mixed dormitory. But your expectations are 5 star. We have standard, deluxe and tree house AC and non AC options available if you are looking for more.

We stayed in dormitory due to non availability of rooms. Bit scary at night. It is good if you stay with group in dormitory. Facilities are fine. Place is a bit deep from main road. Road is not that good.

Thank you for your feedback. Ours is a forest side property at the end of the road with fresh air, full of oxygen, non-polluted and organic where you can live truly with nature. Your requirement is a highway-side cubicle this is not the choice. Wayanad is popular for wildlife, adventure, and nature.

Amazing getaway from the city life. Nothing much to do in the resort other than to enjoy the natural senic beauty. We choose the tree house and the experience was wonderful. Menu is limited and is subject to availability. They have few options for you to pick up for site seeing in and around Wayanad.

Thank you for your feedback and nice to hear from you. We have South Indian, North Indian and Chinese food options available except tandoori dishes. The activities here are badminton, cricket pitch, caroms, chess, natural swimming pond, small river at the boundary, bonfire etc.

Rooms are not big as mentioned. Cottage are simple room with no place for extra chair other than bed. Breakfast was pathetic and no options were there. Food and rooms are main disappointment, they don't have any options for food. Ambience was only the positive thing I can mention.

Thank you for your feedback. We have standard, deluxe, tree house and dormitory room options available. The deluxe rooms are really spacious. Your booking might be for base category standard room which is the cheapest available option. The cottage has a sit-out- huge patio- with coffee table and chairs. Food options we have north Indian, south Indian and Chinese food options available and we have a reputation for serving best food options in this area. The complimentary breakfast menu changes every day and the chef decides the menu depends upon the majority.

One of the best resorts I have visited so far in my life. Highly impressed by the hospitality, natural ambience in and around the resort away, extremely humble staff, best in class room service ... I would strongly recommend to stay at this resort if you want to feel the real beauty of Wayanad.

Service and staff are humble and responsive. I like the location, environment and cleanliness. Very calm place and food was very tasty. Owner was very friendly, we had booked a standard room and he offered a deluxe one just because there was a family get together and that shouldn’t spoil our privacy. Overall, a very good stay.

Nice place to stay

Service and staff are humble and very responsive. I liked the environment and cleanliness. The report located lite inside from main road and there is no vehicle noise. It was nice place to relax and refresh mind.
