The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely balance of comfort and style. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. A big thank you to Subhash and Alex, who ensured every need was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Their friendly attitude made us feel right at home. The food was another highlight of our stay. Chef Israfil and Chef Arun curated a wonderful variety of dishes, from local Kerala cuisine to multi-cuisine options — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. Overall, the experience was relaxing, refreshing, and deeply satisfying. If you’re looking for a nature getaway with excellent service and delicious food, Great Trails Wayanad is a fantastic choice. We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was a memorable experience. The property is located at a beautiful location amidst the forest with breathtaking views. We booked Estate villa with balcony and bathtub for our 3N stay. The room and the property overall are very well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful in making your stay comfortable. The food has good variety and tastes amazing. The highlight of stay was hi-tea every evening with a Kerala vibe. We also got to attend the magic show by an elderly couple which was unique and very engaging. Thank you Great trails for your amazing hospitality - special mention Alex, Kartheek, Alen, Vishnu, Preety, chef Ashraf, chef Arun and rest of the staff. We would definitely plan to visit soon with family.

Truly 5-Star – A Hidden Gem in Wayanad One of the best stays I’ve had—this resort easily rivals and even beats the Taj in Wayanad. Set in a lush green environment, it feels like you’re living in the heart of a forest, yet surrounded by luxury. Though I was initially skeptical due to fewer Google reviews and the offbeat location, the royal welcome and warm hospitality instantly changed that. The rooms, the service, and the overall vibe are top-notch. Special thanks to Mr. Arun (Senior Chef), Mr. Saurav (Manager), and Mr. Alex (Restaurant Head) for making the stay exceptional. If you’re looking for true 5-star comfort with nature all around—this is it.

I have been to many places including Rosseta in Sakleshpur, Tamara in Coorg, Lalit in Bekal, Serai Bandipur etc. this was one of the best resort experience I had. The property is situated at an elevated space, really welcoming and accommodating staff, food was amazing (really good), room was very very good, cozy with view of the mountains... bath tub experience was also good... this place is value for money .. I booked it . it is worth the price... the place was fully booked ... many families and couples were there ... if you are exploring a premium getaway near bangalore / in hills this is a must go to place

We had a great time at GReat Trails by GRT Hotels. The hospitality was exceptional, room was spacious and offered a sunrise view through our bed, breakfast spread was sumptuous, amenities like pool, GYM, play area were well maintained. We were given a room upgrade, and the staff surprised us with a cake for our anniversary. We also highly recommend going for the nature's walk in the morning. While everyone we interacted with at GRT was courteous and helpful, but we'd like to give a shoutout to Vipin, Albin, and Aldos.

This property is very well managed. It’s effortless to reach and all the tourist attractions are nearby from the place. The housekeeping, receptions, restaurants staff are very polite and courteous. They make your stay very comfortable. The service is top-notch, the food is prepared very fresh and hot, and they offer viable options of local cuisine.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hospitality was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious, and the amenities were fantastic. Everything was great, and we would love to stay here again.

the room was excellent with bath tub, ac, kettle, slippers ,tea kit etc..The food at restaurent was excellent but bit costly..The snacks kept in room is charged double the amount of the max Retail price it is the only drawback I felt...else excellent

The staff at GRT was so warm. Their hospitality was at another level. They will do anything and everything to make sure you are having stay at resort. Their head chef was awesome. He was kind enough to share the recipe of rasam which we liked a lot.
