Well maintained property and clean rooms

property is well maintained and the rooms are neat and clean. but there is nothing to make us excited or feel like to visit again. The negative is the unprofessional behaviour by the reception guy, who handled my check in and check out.

We were surprised by the well-maintained facilities, friendly staff, and exciting activities like swimming, flower garden tours, and exploring the lush greenery and cardamom plantation.
