The Resort is amazing.. Beautiful ambience in the lap of nature. Courteous Staff, Nice and clean Rooms.. approx 5-7kms from main city center Sultan Bathery. Nicely maintained. Buffet Breakfast but no live options available like toast also is made and kept.. Little dull and dark restaurant.. Veg Food taste was good. Overall good Option. Would love to visit again

Their is no welcome drink given as there in the package. And many more complimentary things were there in the package but none of these provided. And in breakfast also 3 to 4 items that’s it. Bed were horrible. Actually I booked premium studio room, but they provided normal room. Which is very disappointing. Overall, the stay was terrible.

A quiet lovely place, best to get out of busy city life to relax and just enjoy nature, ambience is good, staff is good n polite, food was good. just a small feedback to please keep the amenities up to mark like games and boating area so that can also be enjoyed much.

Barely any toileteries given. Towels were torn and worn out. They did not have enough towels. The breakfast was terrible. Barely any options. I would have given it a better rating if only the breakfast would have been better. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff tried their best to make us comfortable. They placed a special decor in our room for christmas as we travel-led with kids. Indoor play area needs extreme repairs and maintenance. Beautiful garden with lots of fruits to pluck and eat fresh.

There was a bad smell in the room. We didn’t stay there for more than 2 hours. We checked out the room within 2 hours of check in. No amenities are in usable condition

Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering the amount we spent. While the location is undeniably good, offering scenic views and easy access to nearby attractions, the overall experience left much to be desired. The food menu was quite limited and priced higher than market standards, which made dining there feel underwhelming. The breakfast menu was average at best, lacking variety and quality one would expect from a resort in this price range. The state of the facilities also needs attention. The toilets could definitely use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Similarly, the rooms felt outdated and in need of an upgrade to match modern standards of comfort and style. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the value for money and overall experience could be significantly improved.

1) the booking based on information provided was okay but the reality was a bit different. we booked for room which can accommodate three adults because we had an elderly senior citizen with us and didn’t want to book two rooms. but to our surprise the room was too small to accommodate an extra bed. we asked for a different room .. but that came with an extra charge of ₹1500 in addition to what we paid. 2) the best part is, so called the upgraded room condition wasn’t that good as it smells fungus all over. 3) basic necessities like water, tissues were have to be asked for. 4) the toilet latch was so sharp that my father-in-law had a cut in his finger.. thanks that i had my own first-aid with me. what was good is the outside ambience and the breakfast was very good.
