The staff were warm and welcoming, and the resort is set in a beautiful, scenic location. The weather in mid-October was perfect, which made the experience even better. The breakfast spread was delicious, highly recommend trying the masala dosa and chicken stew. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor games. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The stay was good but everything included in the booking was not included like the mini bar and locker and all was not provided even after requesting the only issue I had was minibar as I payed for it and i didn’t receive it

The property is OK. Staff is untrained. The property is not well managed. Feels like they are understaffed. there is lack of cleanliness. we stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Food is also below average. lacks quality. Overall, not worth the money paid

We stayed here for 1 night either family it was wonderful experience.Food was very nice and tasty fining ambiencevis very good.Location is great with mesmerizing location with rooms facing green paddy field,rooms was spacious with dry andvwet bathroom separate.Overall it was good.

"The property's amenities were impressive. However, I was disappointed with the hospitality, particularly from the front office staff. One staff member's behavior was rude, which impacted my overall experience. I hope this issue will be addressed to improve future guest experiences. The food at the restaurant was okay; I had dinner and breakfast there. I also noticed that one or two staff members at the restaurant could improve their behavior. Perhaps some additional training or focus on customer service would enhance the overall experience.

We could easily find the property and it was a very nice resort. 4/5 and not 5/5 because there were 1-2 things that need improvement. The breakfast is a bit lackluster with subpar continental food. There were 1-2 small issues with my room, nothing big. One big issue was that the bathtub that they have in the balconies does not have any privacy shutter on the balcony. They give a waist length screen which has a small gap in between. Couldn't fully enjoy the bath. The spa was great, very professional. Overall a good experience

I came to know that Priyanka Gandhi had stayed there during her election campaign. Therefore when I had some work at Sulthan bathery, I chose to stay there. Food and ameneties were very good Paddy field view from my room (607) is blocked by trees planted on the fringe of Saptha property. It is better not to have such trees there.

Forget about early checkin here, even at 2PM they'll not have the room ready and they'll insist on waiting in the restaurant and having lunch while "they prep the room because apparently everyone checked out late" Even after waiting for 45min when we got our room at 2:05PM it wasn't clean, there were food particles and a cut nail on the floor, we again waited 30min for a new room. Food options are limited, even in the breakfast buffet you'd struggle for options if you're vegetarian.
