Our stay at Wild Planet Bana Heights was nothing short of magical! Set in a beautiful location with breathtaking mountain views, the atmosphere was serene and refreshing. The infinity pool overlooking the mist-covered hills was an absolute highlight—swimming there felt like being in a dream. The staff were exceptionally courteous, making us feel welcome throughout. Our package included three buffet meals a day, each offering fresh, delicious variety. Evenings were made unforgettable with live music, and singer Jineesh stole the show with his incredible voice and performances in 5–6 languages. The property is well-maintained, rooms are cozy, and the surrounding mist in the mornings made every moment special. This place offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort, great food, and entertainment. A truly worthwhile stay—highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful yet memorable getaway!

Amazing experience! Staff was very accomodating and well behaved. Facilities and ambience were top-notch. Buffets included so many veg and non veg options. Absolutely loved the honeymoon cottage, view was breathtaking.

Location: 9 kms road with stones and u till thar coating,it is very dangerous for any driver. Food: Variety of veg south Indian dishes were available with good quality and F&B Manager himself visiting each and every table for enquring with guests Activities: Two gentlemen handles very neatly with guests for guiding shooting,arching while encouraging for cricket and football games. Front Office: The team lead by Ms.Abirami from chain till chkout explainng about rooms,dining time and trekking for seeing sunrise and evening sunset and all details reg snacks and tea inthe evening at rooftop. Overall, staff r courteous, cooperative and encouraging the guests with due hospitality. we hv been upgraded to Honey Moon Suite from Premium villa and that was very much surprising and enjoyed the stay very much.

Was my second time at bana heightsthe first experience was exemplary. Had high expectations this time but alas.cockroaches on the bed, smelly toilets, messy dining arrangements.these are things we don’t expect from a pricey resort. In the staffs’ defence it may be due to a bulk booking by a messy group who had zero respect and regard for other guests. It was to my surprise when I learned that the group was staff and teachers from a school. God save the students of that school. I know it is very difficult to maintain the standards of a resort nowadays, but I just want to let the stakeholders know the diminishing standards that I encountered as it was my second time. Just to add a note, it would be helpful if resort notifies the booking party if there is already a group booking planned for the days. Regards

Had a wonderful stay at wild planet bana heights.. must say it’s such a beautiful place to be..bana heights is surrounded by mountains and greenery in all sides..the property is well maintained and cleanliness is at its best..the view from the Mountain View cottages was amazing.. delicious food is served ranging from a full course of veg on one side n non veg on the other side..and a variety of desserts too..kids had a wonderful time at the pool..they have allocated a large area for out door activities like football turf.. cricket..archery.. shooting..and most interesting one the rope obstacle game for adults n kids.. and then there is trekking in the morning and a walk into the nature in the evening.. you wouldn’t want to miss these...the view from above the mountains was breathtaking...the staffs were all very friendly n helpful and had explain everything in detail on arrival..in short my family n me had a beautiful time there...

Property location is very good covered with hills all around. The rooms were very good and all meals were really good. Many activities and the infinity pool keep you busy all day.

Stayed in Valley view premium cottage. Excellent view from hill top. You can see the clouds very close. Best part of the stay was the food served in Restaurant. Chef Vasanth made sure you get the right blend of Kerala and your preferences. Vast buffet spread all the times, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Deserts were the highlight in every meal.

visited with family for one day, each and everything is very memorable. activities, good, hygiene, location, bonfire all are very good. staff are very cooperative, responds for each and every request. overall a 5 star experience

Service is top class. Great variety of foods having many options. Staff were very cordial and polite. Amenities, activities u ff i don't have words to explain. Private theatre concept it was the first time i heard in any resort with video variety of ott options and a great enjoyment for the family

The location of this resort is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains and perched beautifully on the hillside. The property is meticulously maintained, and the staff is exceptional – we truly felt like royalty during our stay. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including nature walks, trekking, campfires, and even a mini cinema theatre. The food is fantastic with a wide variety of options, catering to every taste. Every little request was taken care of by the attentive staff, making it hard to even think about checking out. A must-visit for anyone seeking luxury and relaxation!
