Casa Lake View Resort

i booked the hotel , resort was not upto the mark, so cosy rooms, dirty blankets, poor option in breakfast. i reached at 10 p.m., noone was there at reception, even it took 10 minutes to find reception which was named as LOUNGE,blankets were having tea or coffee spots, pillow in pathetic condition, not able to mk out whom to talk for all this, for dinner onlt two option available i.e. chappati & dal no curry, only non-veg items are served.It was so pathetic i left hotel next day itself,

Rooms are clean (except few small issues here and there) and the service they offer is also good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Food served is also good and felt fresh without much preservatives. Have enough parking space. Have a good view from the rooms but activities offered in the property are less. Road to the property was in a bad condition.

The location of the place is right at the lake and the rooms offer amazing views. The service was also good, especially Prajesh was very responsive and promptly provided whatever we requested. The infinity swimming pool was awesome with superb views. The food was average though and the play area needed maintenance as the swing was creaking.

Everything was good except the road to the resort is not good. It is not the resorts fault but still this will affect the other customers as well.

Excellent location and views of the lake from the room. Quiet and peaceful and the every staff was amazing, they were courteous, caring and looking after each customer. Game rooms and activities can be improved.

we had such a wonderful stay at casa lake view in wayanad! the view from our room was absolutely stunning – waking up to the peaceful lake and all that greenery was truly a great experience. the staff was amazing – super friendly and always ready to help. a big shoutout to prajeesh, the manager, who made sure everything was perfect for us. you can tell they really care about their guests. the property itself is beautiful and so well-kept. it’s the perfect place to relax and just soak in nature. honestly, we didn’t want to leave!

For this price getting a lake view room with balcony seems good. Decent crew as well. Good location and decent food
