It was good however they did not have the bonfire which was mentioned in the T&Cs. Otherwise the view was amazing

Food is not time delivered in room is most of times in call, not received and the two are three hour late in the room. Food in delivery is most time 1130 in delivery.

Food taste needs to be improved. Location is really good. Hospitality is good. Swimming Pool needs to be cleaned. Overall, It is really a good place to spend time.

The location is good but the property is maintained poorly. The food is average, pool and game area is not well maintained. The service is very slow. The room balconies doesn’t have keys when asked they couldn’t find. The gas heater was broken and we had to evacuate immediately. The toilets had stingy smell even after cleaning it wouldn’t go. Most importantly while we were checking out some other Traveller had reported . At any cost avoid this property

I have stayed there with my family with a kid and it's a very good baby friendly resort to stay. Hotel food is awesome, and you can provide your requirements and they cook accordingly like if you need the food to be cooked in coconut oil or sunflower oil. Ambience, amenities, parking etc is so nice and all facilities are way too good. Most importantly the location is so beautiful. Recommend people to prefer to stay here, one will enjoy a lot.

It was a pleasant stay in sliver greens. Lake view from the villa was mesmerising and weather added more to it. Definitely would recommend it.

We planned for wayanad and booked wood cottage ac room for 3 days. Stay was average the receptionist was a very supporting and kind lady. One terrace swimming pool is also a point of attraction. Indoor games corridor e is there but there is no ac or ventilation facility. Cost of our room was much higher. Dinner order should be 3 hr before. Breakfast items were very limited and there is no change on daily basis. One day we found one lizard inside our cottage. There is requirement of ac room bcoz we didnt on ac because of cold climate. Overall stay was very good. Further i appreciate the service offered by receptionist. We arrived that day 6 hour before in morning, she helped us and povided stay in one big size resort staff room for time being. Anyone can enjoy the full day at there property. Thanks for this lovely stay.

Waste of money. Staff are not cooperative. Food is also terrible. Don't go there. I felt very very bad. Rooms are not so clean. Pool is also not clean.

We are booked 2 deluxrooms. But we got a intercom room. And also complaints in lock. So im very disturbed. Restorest open 8. 30. So no chance to get a tea or anything in early morning. . Telephone services are broken in room. 30 kl m different s between wayanad town. . Dnt choose makymy trip.

The stay was calm and peaceful. Special shout-out to the receptionist. Her receivcing and polite behaviour is a big plus to hotel. Pros- best view, lush greeneries around, play park and pool. Cons- slight delay in food delivery. 1 boy there was very rude and dont know how to behave with customers. Rest all were so good and polite. Few minor issues like wall patches and poor quality doors which are negligible. Overall the stay was delightful and a nature treat
