Very bad experience. This property is classified as 4 star. but in reality this is equal to 2 star. property is very badly maintained. I booked the private pool villa, which is the most expensive room available here and i faced this. The only good thing about the property is staff's are good. other than that, everything is bad.

We stayed in the pool cottage for one day; the stay was pleasant, although the pool and other amenities required maintenance. The breakfast was very good, and we appreciated being close to woods.

I recently stayed at this resort and was thoroughly unimpressed. The pool was dirty, and there were no towels available nearby, despite a towel box being present. The food was served to our room, but the staff didn't collect the plates promptly, even after we handed them over. The room itself was poorly maintained and felt like a lodge. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was disappointing. I had high expectations, but this place fell short. The kids' play area was a letdown - it was muddy and the equipment wasn't functional. We also experienced multiple power cuts during our stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort. It wasn't worth the money, and I regret booking it. Perhaps they need to work on their maintenance and service to live up to their online reputation. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Maintain pool cleanliness and ensure towels are readily available - Improve room maintenance and cleanliness - Enhance kids' play area facilities and ensure equipment is functional - Reduce power cuts and ensure reliable electricity supply - Train staff to collect plates promptly and maintain a clean environment

Room was good but small as shown in picture. Premier room toilet are smelling due to there location and Bathroom toilet washbasin was partially chocked .. overall is not good experience..

Excellent property and very very courteous staff. Food was very tasty. We were very well taken care, truly a 5 star experience.

The resort was good in wildlife ambience. But I would recommend to improve Room amenities like iron box, hair dryer, slippers, pyjamas etc and room services also.

It was a nice stay at Abad Brookside resort, room was clean, food also too good and also services & staff behaviour was perfect. It was a perfect choice for staycation.

Booked ABAD in Lakkidi as we were impressed with our ABAD turtle beach Marari stay. And we were not disappointed !! The resort is around 15 min from the highway, pick up was arranged for us early in the morning too .Our travel to the resort itself was like an off road experience such is the location amidst the forest area. Top notch hospitality both at front desk and at the restaurant. we had very pleasant comfortable stay. Taxi for sightseeing with recommendations was done at the front desk . Mr.Jitesh and Mr. Roy both were very helpful all through out our three days stay. The staff at the restaurant were very cooperative. They had yummy veg options . Both breakfast and dinner buffet spread were excellent. Our eight year daughter enjoyed in the pool overlooking the brook and forest area. We stayed in Garden facing cottage, beautiful view from the balcony. Good for a relaxing cup of tea . The whole property is has a brook / small stream on one side .Stroll by the brookside was rejuvenating. Children play area , Basket ball court badminton court andvolley ball court needs bit more of maintenance . Indoor game area has variety of games. Everyday they arrange camp fire which is really cool.. ! The garden is very well maintained with amazing flowering plants - treat to the eyes. The rooms and bathrooms are kept clean and tidy. On the whole one can forget the hustle bustle of the city and just relax and float in a dreamy world in this lush green brookside property. Had a great stay . Everything was top notch . Outdoor Play area needs improvement. Food was good. Staff very courteous. Rooms spacious and clean

The rooms were good, the swimming pool was not the best, the staff at the reception was least interested to welcome the guests, the food was yummy and restaurant manager Mr. Mathew & team was very kind and attentive, compensating for the reception area staff. The ride to the property from the main road was bad, but the option of getting picked from the main road was not informed until asked for? Overall the experience was above average and recommend this to anyone planning to visit Wayanad.
