The Serenity Resort

Excellent location with good services but accommodation needs more maintenance as regards to the stay concerned because the property has a tremendous potential .

We stayed with family with 2 rooms. Rooms are cozy and spacious. Breakfast was amazing with both continental and kerala delicacies. Live counter was great Good hospitality overall

Very very friendly staff.Food was good and the location is serene.Lake view is amazing and rooms are spacious. Liked the tea and snacks too which is complimentary for longer stay.

Our stay at The Serenity Resort was very beautiful, warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean with all the toiletries, and the room service was very good as well. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort. They don’t have a very extensive menu but the buffet was very tasty. And the view and location of the resort os amazing

Hello. We had a good time at the resort. The food was great and the service was excellent. Although it would be good to have more activities like bonfire and games. Overall , the stay was serene and the view beautiful.

Excellent stay. Serene and felt the nature singing lullaby. The infinite pool was a great experience. Camp fire n music was taking us back to college camps. The house keeping and service was exemplary and kudos to the entire team

It was a pleasant stay nearby the dam reservoir. U can feel the water and the forest at the same time is a plus point. Room was spacious. Food was delicious. moreover the service by the staff was excellent. The only concern I felt is the smell of fungi coming from the closed cupboard. Improving amenities in future can make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you.

Good food, great location on the edge of a lake, calm and peaceful.

The stay was really good and the complimentary breakfast was amazing and tasted just really good. The hair dryer was not functioning but the staff arranged a replacement really fast and the bathroom door was locked from inside but that was also opened within 10 minutes after i informed the reception. The complimentary trekking was stopped because of leaches and slippery trails but they didn't inform us about that, as a regular trekker i was a bit disappointed about that. but other than that everything was really fine 🙂

The overall experience was great at serenity resort. The room service was quick. The food was really good. The service at the restaurant was also very good. As the name goes, the resort is located at a serene place overlooking The Banasura dam. The view from the balcony was awesome. The staff are courteous and professional. overall a very good stay.

Location was awesome, cool and clean

The best feature about the resort is its location. Its located on the banks of banasura lake where you can really enjoy your mornings and evenings. I love rains and nature treated me with it. Resort is built within coffee plantation and is also surrounded by it, hence its lush green aroud. Food was also decent !!
