The property itself is beautiful — nestled amidst lush greenery with a peaceful ambience that truly captures the essence of Wayanad. The views are lovely, and the surroundings feel calm and refreshing. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, giving a sense of privacy and comfort. However, a few aspects could have been better. The service was courteous but often slow, especially during meal times. The restaurant offered a decent spread, but the taste and variety didn’t quite match the resort’s otherwise premium feel. Some maintenance areas, like the pool and outdoor facilities, seemed to need more attention.

The natural setting adds a refreshing charm to the entire experience. The staff at the resort are very friendly, courteous, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Their hospitality stands out and creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind if you’re looking for a calm environment with good service.

We had a great stay here. The breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, with perfect water temperature and strong pressure. The spa, however, could be cleaner and better maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the food at the restaurant was excellent — their recommended dishes were truly worth trying. Overall, the resort had a lovely vibe and even gave a slight look and feel of Evolve Back Coorg.

STAY WAS GOOD WITH THE ROOMS CLEAN. EXTERIOR BUILDING NEEDS PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE. FOOD WAS GOOD BUT SOME MORE ITEMS NEED TO BE ADDED. INDOOR GAMES ROOMS IN PATHETIC CONDITION AND VERY BAD SMELL. STAFF VERY WELL BEHAVED AND COURTEOUS. GREAT LOCATION WITH GOOD VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. BUT NOT WORTH THE RATE THEY CHARGE. MAX. YOU CAN PAY AROUND 6000 PER ROOM.

Good resort for someone who likes Nature as one of the priority. It's just near tea plantation with acre of land and lots of amenities. Staff are very cooperative and available at one call. Rooms are too spacious especially shower with fresh water. Love the ambience and definitely it's a must-try option.

We had a nice experience especially Tea estate walk in morning with Activity manager was excellent. Food was very good suited for kids and lot of variety on buffet menu. The view from the room was really breathtaking and awesome experience watching birds.
