Maple Ash Resort

Our stay was good food was so tasty freshly made . Staff was so good and comfortable to us.. pool was nice and indoor games were super.. only problem is there was no hair dryer in room and iron box

Its a good room which having nice ambience and the room is all good and clean and breakfast is also good and we have a nice swimming pool indoor games and good staff services with buggy services

it's a memorable trip to visit and stay here 1. Road is narrow before reaching the resort but the tea garden on the way and Chembauk mountain view from resort is amazing 2. welcome by resort team member with mango drink 3. limited villas but they upgraded for us and my 2 daughter like the room and balancing to enjoy 4. buggy service for family to drop to villa as some places required climbing 5. brekfast buffett and ala carte dinner was amazing 6. they always take order in advance to avoid wastage of food 7 children's amenities neeyds improvement and some toys r broken now

Hospitality was a good, well maintained resort with a beautiful view of nature. No disturbance and a peaceful place. Food was okay, i was expecting a little more local dishes in the menu. Overall i was very good experience and i will recommend my friends and family.

I paid extra for services the resort wont even provide. Makemytrip app cheated me with false informations. I lost 2000+ rs for nothing

View, pool, dance floor is amazing. Veg food is worst (except onion pakoda in snacks). Rooms are spacious and reasonable.

Nice place to stay. But it would be better to take your meals from some other place. We got an upset stomach from eating their lunch and dinner items. Probably due to stale food. The dish that they served in the name of chicken curry had mostly skin and bones instead of actual meat. Not a good experience.

This property is located near chembra offering a beautiful view of mighty mountain. You will be lost in the nature the moment you enter the property. This is a new property and very well maintained. Staff are courteous and you will sure enjoy your stay over here.

Had a lovely 3 day in maple ash. The property is fairly new so the rooms and amenities are great. Staff are sweet and kind, but most of them don’t understand english and it’s hard to communicate. Given there are no food menus and you have to converse to understand what’s available, it’s super challenging. The kerala and north indian food was really good. Breakfast was average. There’s not much to do around the area and the staff don’t really have any recommendations, so you would have to do your research before you go or choose to just enjoy the resort.
