Hill Blooms Residency

i have booked 3 adult + 1 children (11 years) hill blooms shown me 2 bed +1 , my booking room rented to some one. i got small room, tried to change bigger room, got dormitory, poor bath room flush, leaky gun (dress got wet), breakfast just ok with local shop. Not served in side the hill bloom residency. Hence MakeMyTrip made trip with terrible experience.

The hotel is just a few minutes from Sulthan Bathery on the Gundlupet road and very easy to spot from the main road. The stay was comfortable, the room service was good, and the reception staff were really helpful. You’ll also find some nice places nearby for good quality food.

The bed is not for 2 people to sleep and breakfast is the worst part. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The rooms not tribal hut. They are made up of steel. If you talk something in one room it ll audible to another room. No television facility as the sound will be easily audible to can next room.

Rooms were average and the bed size was too small, not comfortable for 2 persons. Overpriced as well.

Hot water is not coming. Parking space is disadvantage. Normal room is very small for family.

I took suit room for my family. Hospitality was good and location is easily accessible. Overall experience is good.

On 3rd floor, multiple huts constructed with bamboo walls and false ceiling with palm leaves. Neat & clean rooms, wash rooms and complimentary water bottles. 24 hour running hot water, wall mount fan & tv, a small table & chair, tower stand are amenities available in the room. Polite and gentle care takers helps us on our needs. Overall good experience. Better if there was a cupboard to hand clothes.

Good and average hotel with professional behaviour, nice one, we booked for 5 people, 2 rooms nice one

It was really nice stay, the staff was very friendly behaved, the location is in the main road side, for us it was useful to go the wayanad wild life sanctuary. And it is near by distance to the bandhippur tiger reserve.

The dormitory was good. It easily accommodates a group of up to 15 people. A hot water facility is available. No lift in the building, might be difficult for elders to climb second & third floor. Car parking on the road side no dedicated parking is available.

Rooms and bathrooms are conjusted. We have taken two deluxe rooms but not money worth, there is no free breakfast provided as mentioned in itinerary by make my trip, instead they are providing rs 50 for taking breakfast from a nearby restaurant. There was no channels in tv, no drinking water provided. Rooms are in upstairs, but no lift facility

It's super luxury room with budget amount, all my colliqe are enjoyed. Great response, customer satisfaction. All are awesome. Thanks to makemytrip

It was a great stay. They have both dormitory and normal rooms. I took a dormitory and it was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awsm stay affordable and especially for solo traveller's it is best place you canon stay there so enjoy

Nice room & bathrooms are clean. Mobile phone charging plugs are sufficient. Room, bed and sheets are clean and tidy

Cat taker mr. Rajesh was very gentle and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Situated on the main road of sultan bather i with daily needs shops outside.

No complaints - polite staff, clean rooms, affordable price.
