demanded and paid extra 1000 rs for manager to give room next to another room

Firstly thank you majestic crown, for a beautiful hospitality well maintained rooms, supportive management, food also vary good test overall best stay for couples and family.

It was not a great experience. The room was always stinking. The washroom was worse. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. We complained multiple times as we had very poor wifi connection, during our 2 days stay they did not fix it. Overall the experience was very poor.

Room condition was pathetic. Room Hygiene was not good

Stay was good and rooms were clean but bit small in size. Limited options were available in the breakfast and all other things were good...I must say not a bad idea to choose your hotel.

Not worth the price. Unhygienic at places. Breakfast was very limited and items were unavailable after the inital hour itself.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. the below can be improved - a. Food quality and something needs to be done for the flies in the restaurant area b. we were 3 people and were not provided an extra bed even after it was included in my package.

The hotel was clean and spacious and is located on the main road. Some of the missing features were complementary breakfast, valley / garden / hill view, lift ( have to use stairs for 3 floors) and enough parking which was very problematic to take the vehicle out at any time of day. Inside the room, I would expect a heating water kettle for a superior room with a charge .

stayed there with family for one night. The experience was very good. Good service. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also nice . the location is in the ooty center. Even though the outside is calm while night. Good and safe for family The reception and the corridor are maintained well . Hot water is available 24x7 .but out of 6 rooms we booked one room ( room no:9) have issues with hot water availability. better if lift is made available for senior citizens

wifi was not working, food is not good, no neatness, old hotel. comparatively very costly, as per the amenities provided.. it's just like a lodge room..really bad experience..

I stayed in Majestic crown with family (2 kids). Stay was good and room was spacious. Parking was available, hotel had restaurant with good food. Location is good and can get anything nearby.

Room was ok but no balcony was there. Wifi range was not there. Bathroom is very small

Lot of issues in this hotel, hot water not available for bath, we requested them 6 times no answer, tv not working, room landline phone not working, they said they will get it done but nothing happens.

It was pretty amazing stay in this hotel, staffs were welcoming and the place has a good parking space too.

The property is not worth for the amount we paid. Breakfast for the first day was good. Food quality and second days breakfast was not at all good.

1) Most 3rd class hotel i have ever visited. 2) No proper house keeping staff. 3) Rooms have cracks 4) Rooms have damp 5) Kichen do not operatewith proper time
