familyIt was homely feeling and such a nice view and the rooms were clean and neat. One of the best property near the market city and for vegetarians it is best place to stay. Only 3 problems i faced is parking problem, and wifi is not available and in the morning we need to inform the guard to on the tab for water. Rest all is 100% okay in this property.

Key points: - situated away from urban hustle, providing a tranquil environment - offers a peaceful and secure ambiance - outside view includes three prominent hills, one housing a tea factory - indoors, amenities include a 55-inch sony tv and a comfortable sofa - dining area with kitchen access for convenient meal preparation - botanical garden within walking distance - proximity to ooty lake - conveniently located near the main bus stand and railway station - auto-rickshaws provide easy transport, though bargaining might be necessary - on-site food available from a nearby hotel owned by the residency - the caretaker, mr. Bhanu singh, is incredibly attentive and courteous, taking care of various needs including housekeeping - owner mr. Pankaj is friendly, helpful, and reasonable in conclusion, i highly recommend this place to everyone due to its outstanding value and quality amenities.
