The property located at prime location at Ooty with plenty of restaurants nearby. Good budget hotel with value for money. Helpful staff and overall a pleasant stay

Hotel location is awesome in middle of the market. Staff is good and all the facilities provided by hotel are also good.

Hotel Alakapuri doesn't have their own restaurant...they have an attached bar from where veg and non-veg food can be ordered

Very neet, good ambient, but there is no wifi, room service cost is 200 for every order.

Hotel Alkapuri is more of a basic lodging facility than a proper hotel. Despite being listed as a 3-star hotel on some portals. It’s located in a busy area, so expect constant traffic noise, especially from trucks and heavy vehicles. I initially booked a regular room and was quite disappointed upon arrival—it didn’t meet my expectations at all. I later upgraded to a suite by paying extra, which had decent interiors, but even there, the smell of vehicle pollution from outside was noticeable. There’s no WiFi, no tea/coffee kits, and no shampoo—just Medimix soap provided. On a positive note, the staff are genuinely helpful and courteous. But overall, this place is better suited for a short stay if you’re not expecting hotel-like amenities.

Cleanliness and location was good. There was no wifi, service was also average. Ok for couple days stay.

Hotel situated in the city of ooty. But saying it hotel is not right. It is better called as lodge at where you can stay only. No proper room available, told hotel to change the room but they didn't responded positively. No dental kit were available there Whole night you can not sleep due to the traffic outside of the hotel, that's why we shortened our tour from four nights to three nights. I talked to MMT customer care executive for refund. He suggested to talk with property. I talked and they verbally agreed to refund one night payment. I have already confirmed it with MMT executive that they verbally agreed but till date no refund was generated. Hotel have no food facilities available you can go outside of the hotel

Location of the property is excellent, nearby restaurants and markets. Staff was very friendly, helpful and well mannered. Bathroom was very clean and well maintained.

Very nice experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff is very cooperative and helping. Unmarried couples are not allowed which makes the experience even better.

Booked it for my elderly parents and they were very impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff. Highly recommend it to others if you want to stay closer to City.

I will double check hotels on different sites before booking anything on MMT. They donot follow any proper due diligence. I paid a decent amount of money (enough for a 4 star or 5 star) in good cities. When I reached, I came to know that this hotel doesn’t have a WiFi. The beddings given were of a terrible quality and doesn’t have a hot water in a chilly place like Ooty. We literally had a bad stay and the receptionist shouted when I complained about the water being too chill. Will highly recommend people do more researches before booking such shady properties.

Hotel is very nice location, cleaniness and other parameters. But service is slow

such a big hotel....they don't have parking...if u go by car...not at all advisable for this stay...
