Ever Fresh Cottages

it was very bad 👎experience with ever fresh cottage. just because of money they are spoiling hospitality. we paid before arrival date but they cancelled our booking just because of high demand of room and tariff. as we have booked our room for price which they didn't accepted and rejected for check in.

Cost of living ok. Avarage room little small

Rooms are not cleaned and heater is not working properly not worth for money

Food is good. But not clean bedsheets

Poor drinking water and no dustbin

Waste of money worst not at all Gud

It was easy to locate the cottage and staff was helpful with a lot of things. However, Around half of the things that are mentioned online are not available, like there was no restaurant, no breakfast facility. The room quality is medium (not good). In the lobby area, the furniture is not properly cleaned. With respect to expectations, stay was not at par. Still, it was fun.

The stay was very good, only the issue was that they don't have any parking area. The location was easy to find. It is Worth the amount we pay to the property. The room was very much comfortable to stay in.

This hotel is the worst hotel you will find in Ooty. Unimaginably dirty beds and rooms. Very careless servicing and pathetic experience. Never book this hotel you will be highly disappointed.

Dirty rooms, non cooperative staff, sub standard breakfast. Gyser switch is at reception and everytime you need hit water, you need to call downstairs!

I went to Ooty and stayed in this cottage. The location of the cottage was excellent The appearance of the cottage was excellent internally and externally. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. The staff members were helpful and friendly in service.
