Small rooms, no room or bathroom chappals provided even-though the weather is chilling cold. No drinking water serving to rooms, we had to collect water from the lobbey. Car parking is outside in open air without any covering or so. Kind and nice service boy. Clean bedroom. No toothpaste or soap provided.

Regarding room slippers, we encourage guests to bring their own as Ooty is a no-plastic zone. We will add this to our pre-arrival checklist. For drinking water, we comply with the government's eco-friendly initiative banning PET bottles. Instead, we offer: *Water filters in all living areas *Refillable water jugs in each room Regarding parking, we understand your concerns. As a private cottage with limited space, parking is restricted to 3-4 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis, especially during peak periods like Dasara. However, please be assured that: *Our property is situated within a secured gated community *Round-the-clock security and 24/7 CCTV coverage ensure your vehicles' safety Thank you again for your feedback. Our homestay is designed to provide a cozy, home-away-from-home experience, but we regret to see the comment on maintenance standards, especially being a new property. ! Regarding parking, we understand the limited space (3-4 vehicles) was a challenge, particularly during Dasara. Allocation was on a first-come, first-served basis. Rest assured, our secured gated community, round-the-clock security, and 24/7 CCTV coverage ensure your vehicle's safety. groupThere is no facility of variety of food plus we have asked hotel management to book a taxi for us and they have taken extra from us and we have to vacate the room early not much option for breakfast also as so many people would not prefer for south indian breakfast

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience with your stay. Being in Tamil Nadu, we provide a South Indian breakfast. Based on guest feedback, we now offer room bookings with and without breakfast for those not accustomed to South Indian cuisine. We have addressed this breakfast issue accordingly. Regarding the variety of food, we respectfully disagree. We have a fixed menu for complimentary breakfast but offer a variety of options on a preorder basis, which is displayed in our menu. Regarding the cab service, we arranged a private cab at the last minute to assist you with your transport needs. We do not profit from this service; it was purely to help you out. These private cabs charge a bit extra as they do not have a time limit for trips. As for the early checkout, it was your choice. Our standard checkout time is 11am. Thank you for your understanding.

groupI have booked it as it was mentioned as home stay though it was out of my budget the poor thing is the owners are maintaining the home stay and the entire home stay has only one bell boy due to which they have framed their own rules even water has to be fetched by the guests themselves the plates in which we eat are to be put in the designated places and the place that we eat needs to be cleaned by the guests themselves which is disgusting and embarrassing not even hot water is provided neither tea bags nor sugar nor coffee powder were supplied in the room rooms are good but above things not good

Our property is maintained by the owners to create a home-like atmosphere, even with one bell boy who is always available to assist guests. As a commercial property, the owners set rules, including basic cafeteria etiquette, which is common in many hotels. Hot and cold-water dispensers are available in the common area, and kettles are provided in each room. We provide a jar of water in the room at check-in, and guests can fetch additional water as needed. If assistance was required, our staff would have been happy to help. Tea bags, coffee powder, cups, and sugar can be requested at the front desk or cafeteria. Thank you for your understanding.
